The BEST workout! I've taken so many different types of classes and Alpha Omega tops them all. I never boxed before but the class was so fun, I felt confident by the end of it, and I worked up a good sweat. Now I think I'm hooked! Totally recommend

If you want a great workout....COME! If you want to be challenged....COME! If you want a great trainer, who challenges AND encourages you....COME! If you want ripped arms....Keep COMING! Try it once and you will be hooked! Seriously this has been one of my favorite places to workout, do boxing, and by far Jeanne' is one of my favorite trainers; she makes the class fun and you will want to keep coming back.

First of all, did you know how many muscles span your back? I felt every. single. one of them. If you love cardio, if you need an outlet, if you want to get in shape AND support your mental health, go here. Jeanne is serious about her craft, because form matters. Form over speed or intensity or volume is how you build strength. Music and hitting something is how you support mental health 😉. Five stars all the way.

If you’re looking for an intense, fun, and empowering workout, this boxing class is a must-try! From start to finish, the energy is through the roof. Jeanne, is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and makes sure everyone feels confident regardless of their skill level.
The class is a perfect balance of technique, cardio, and strength training, and the pacing kept me engaged the whole time. I love how she breaks down the combinations step by step while pushing us to give 100%. By the end of the session, I feel completely accomplished and drenched in sweat in the best way possible.
The vibe of the class is supportive and encouraging. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this class is an amazing way to get fit, relieve stress, and have fun. Highly recommend.
