Overall a great gym. Does have a little bit of a physique competitor vibe, but other than that it’s clean, has good equipment, and friendly staff.

Also, I don’t understand all of the issues with the cancelation fees policy. The cancelation policies were explained very throughly to me when I was considering joining for both mtm and the year long contract.

I have no complaints with this gym, it's extremely clean, the staff is super friendly, and their equipment is up to date with new editions popping in every once in a while.

As for the multiple comments for Tri-pods, I understand where they come from as I can feel somewhat uncomfortable as well. However, the gym has worked hard to deter this, even going as far as making a 'Posing' room for those with phones and cameras to go into, seperate from the workout areas. This has significantly decreased the number of tri-pods I've personally seen while working out.

I would highly recommend this gym for anyone starting out or looking for a solid place to continue their routines.

I have never heard of a gym who charges a month to month cancellation fee? If it was annual it makes sense. But not only was I charged this was the WORST experience I have ever had with a gym I cancel my planet fitness thinking this place would be better and honestly PF is way better! I’m extremely disappointed and for me to do a bad review means a lot. I would not recommend this gym at all especially having the worst customer service and I’m going to post this on all outlets this is crazy.

This gym is full of people using tri pods and ring lights recording themselves doing squats. If you are young that’s good if you’re normal you’ll want to run. Also when I went to cancel they charged me $100 despite the fact that I also paid a $99 annual fee on top of my monthly membership. They also make the tiers extremely confusing and the kids they employ at the front desk can’t seem to explain the memberships. Please read the fine print even though they don’t seem to have any. $100 annual fee a $100 cancellation fee and your monthly membership? Go to planet fitness I can assure you it’s the same quality equipment without the quality of people.

The gym is good overall but so many kids taking taking videos & setting tripods is out of hand. Takes up gym space & invades the privacy of other paying members. If management would address this, as other gyms do, would rate higher.

This gym does almost nothing to curb bad member behavior. Worst is that they allow video recording -- including in the restrooms! If you don't want your sweaty body to be in someone's creepy bathroom selfies or TikTok videos, they expect YOU to approach every single person doing it. IMO that's completely unacceptable.

Beyond that, there's no apparent policy on guests wiping down equipment or just occupying it as long as they want. I've seen so many people sitting on the same machine for 30+ minutes while they browse their phone, or walk away leaving it sweaty and gross.

All of that aside, the facility itself isn't bad (plenty of equipment), the staff are generally nice. But IMO that's not enough to outweigh the strong negatives.

Edit: I'll give Steve (owner) the benefit of the doubt on music and broken items so I've removed those comments (it's easy to use earbuds anyway). But if they haven't changed the CREEPY policy encouraging recording IN THE RESTROOM, the rest of my review stays. I don't think that's even legal.

Equipment is too close together. Their cancellation policy is terrible. Their owner/managers are not available at all times. Memberships for under 18 should have parental permission so the policies are thoroughly understood. Unfortunately a business I wouldn't recommend.

Great equipment, ladies RR is always clean and friendly environment. Only two cons are it’s a younger crowd and gets crowded quickly with kids (understandable because the price is amazing) and the weights aren’t ever really organized- it’s takes me a hot second to find plates because they’re scattered typically. Outside of that, 10/10.

This is a really good gym. Body building wise and about amateur wise on the power building side.
Pros:
- plenty of weights, machines, and various DB range size
- everyone is really chill and nice
- equipment is in good condition
- great lighting

Cons:
- this is a young persons gym. Everyone here is mostly within the 16-21 range. 21+ are around and plenty of us but majority are high school to just graduated.
- bathrooms for men are pretty poor and dirty and something is always broke
- majority of gym goers don’t wipe down equipment. I know some people believe this doesn’t matter but some people are VERY SWEATY
- lots of kids take forever on machines or with racks and rest times range from 3min to 30min and even asking to get in a set or how much longer they will be always get rejected on that end.

I’ve been going to fit 4 you when I plan on working out with a couple of buddies but since the storm here in Parma moneys been tight… and today one of there member charged charged me for months in advance and so not only them sucking 100 dollars outta my account they were gonna leave it as credit and after requesting my money back I can only get it back in check form and I’m not even allowed to close my account 😂😂😂 this gym is not worth the employees are helpful but the rules the gym has its self is utter bullshit
