Josh is a great trainer. He knows the nutrition side as well as the weight lifting. He just doesn’t talk the talk, he walks the walk as well. He makes sure he does his best to get you where ya wanna/need to be physically.
If you even wanna do bodybuilding/bikini competition, he knows how to train for those as well.
Amp gym is a great gym to lift/workout at! It’s an old school style lifting. Definitely no judging here.

Highly recommend AMP training for your personal fitness goals and journey! I am very new to this world, quite shy as well, Josh has made me feel more comfortable within my own skin and has brought out a confidence I’ve never seen before. As someone who has struggled with weight gain all her life, he has helped me gain almost 20 pounds in just shy of 4 months! He is very professional and observant to his clients personal wants and needs (new machines, expansion, flexibility, etc) You would have absolutely no regrets coming to him to get the results you want physically and mentally!

I’ve been working out here for over a decade and it continues to evolve. I’m loving the new upgrades. Josh has made to his facility adding a cardio room recently. This is a great place if you like one on one attention without the distraction of other people around. I don’t know of another gym in the city that has a similar model with such an expert trainer.

I started training with Josh around the start of October of last year. I have been over weight ever since the end of my freshman year in 2014. My weight was taking a toll on me physically and emotionally. Josh promised me that he was going to completely transform me into a different person. I never thought I would lose the weight because I wasn't dedicated enough to put in the work. Little did I know I was completely wrong. I started training 2 days a week and then 6 days a week. I went from I don’t want to go to the gym to I love being at the gym. Thanks to Josh I’m down over 30 pounds and feel like a new person. I’ve enjoyed every step of my fitness journey at Amp Training so far and excited to see how far I can take it. Only thing I wish is that I started sooner
