I am so incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful place. I have only been a member (with unlimited monthly classes) for a little over 2 months now, and it has seriously changed my life in so many positive ways, in such little time. Both the instructors and the classes, are so welcoming, unique, vivacious and impactful to my mental and physical health and overall well-being. I am so much stronger and toned (full body), I am sleeping better, my body is not all tensed up from sitting at my desk all day (you have no idea how tight your spine, joints and muscles truly are until you do some of these classes) and I have already met so many wonderful people that bring positivity and warmth into my days. I used to be somewhat of a βgym ratβ (pre COVID, and have been trying all year to get back into an exercise routine that I enjoy) and I have never seen/felt the physcial and mental benefits that I have, from this experience already. I also would have told you that I would never do a βhot yogaβ class in my life (I keep my house at 68 degrees year round) but I have found myself counting down the minutes until I can get into the infrared yoga classes. My stomach and lower back have always been my trouble areas and they are truly transforming, with 2-3 classes a week. I am not usually one to leave reviews but I seriously leave every class wanting to send them a thank you card. That sounds cheesy, but thatβs really how I feel. Writing a review on here is the least I could do to advocate for this wonderful space and community and I hope it will encourage others to give it a try. There are people of all ages and backgrounds and as someone who always wore makeup to they gym, I can honestly say that I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in my own skin, around a group of relative strangers. βAnahataβ refers to the heart and that is what drew me to give this studio a try. I hope someone will read this review and it will lead their heart to this studio as well :)

Absolutely love Anahata! I recently started doing the aerial yoga classes and it is amazing! They have great options for beginners and more advanced students. Paula is a wonderful instructor who makes every session fun. She is great at explaining how to move and modifying poses to make them easier or harder. I highly recommend trying a class!

I just love this place. It's calming and I find peace while I'm there. The instructors are great and offer a variety of challenging classes and make accommodations for those who are just starting yoga practice or find the poses a little too difficult. This is a very accepting place. I recommend it highly.
