My passion and attention to detail in personal training allows me to be a hands on and empathetic coach. My goal in the gym is not only to help others build better lives for themselves through fitness, but to gain the confidence and independence in the gym that ensures they will succeed long term.
I have experience working with all types of people: military veterans, knee surgery prep, beginners to body builders, college athletes, pain elimination clients, high blood pressure, diabetes, posture, balance, mobility, muscle gain, weight loss, endurance and strength training. All of these clients had different goals and preferences and we worked together to create a plan that would get them to their goals and they would enjoy as well!

When I tore my meniscus at 51yrs old, I stopped exercising due to the excruciating pain. Facing surgery and 6 weeks non weight bearing, I knew that I had to try something else before going under the knife. I started working with Anna at the Lifting Lab, and she paid close attention to my issues. Her plan was to strengthen the muscles around my knee in order to support my injury. We have worked together weekly, and seven months later, I am virtually pain free and so much stronger in my legs and throughout my entire body. Being able to avoid a surgery is reward enough. But being healthy is the best success. Anna and her team are just outstanding at what they do. If you are ready to start your exercise journey, don't hesitate to give them a call!

I started personal training with Anna last month at her new gym The Lifting Lab and absolutely love it there.
She is always very positive, encouraging, and will push you to your limits even when you don't think you can do it yourself.
Anna sets up a wonderful training plan that you can do at home or in her gym, whatever works best for your schedule and goals.
I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined her place as she helps me on my fitness journey. One of the things I have learned in our short time working together is how to encourage others to take that next step and challenge themselves.

OMG - not enough words on how Amazing Anna Ferrero is as a Coach - Trainer - I have had 2 knee replacements Back and Spine problems and Anna’s Coaching and training prepared me Big Time for recovery - ( prior 23 yrs of being a client ) - (Physical Therapy ) ! Anna is an awesome personal trainer, especially if you are new to lifting! Prior to working with Anna, I had zero experience lifting. It felt intimidating. There was so much information online, and I had no idea where to start.
Anna helped me achieve my strength goals and gain a lot of confidence! She provided a lot of positive feedback, but also pushed me. I appreciate that Anna actively encouraged me to tell her if I got bored with a specific exercise (or if there was one I flat out dreaded) so she could change it out with something else.
Safety and form were also a huge focus. Since I was previously in physical therapy, getting injured was something I was concerned about. I always felt safe and supported when I was doing a new exercise or adding more weight to a lift.
Anna is a very personable, genuine person to work with. I highly recommend her services!

I was so nervous to try personal training because I am extremely shy and introverted but Anna instantly made me feel comfortable and has been amazing to work with. She has worked with me to find a plan that works for me with all of my heath issues and has become a great friend along the way! She is full of knowledge and is so helpful whenever I have any questions or even having a bad day she is great at encouraging me to keep going! I was very fortunate to have been able to train with Anna before she left Chattanooga. She is a fantastic trainer! She does an awesome job at building a training program based on what you want to achieve. I trained with her 4 times a week and looked forward every day to training with her. She has an awesome personality that is very easy to talk to and get along with, but don’t think she won’t push you if that’s what you asked of her. She can be very tough! I was a college athlete and she definitely can and will push you to achieve your goals! Would love to have been able to continue training with her!

Anna is a great motivator and so encouraging. She pushes you to do your best/most without ever making it feel like you failed if you try and can't quite hit it that day. She puts together detailed plans to help you achieve your goals and is always in communication to adjust them if needed. Makes workouts fun, challenging, and genuinely wants to help you hit your goals and cheer you on along the way. Bonus- she is a great person to spend the time with!
