This YMCA doesn’t tell you that you can actually get a cheaper membership plan. They don’t update customers so they continue to pay extra without knowing they can be paying less. Overheard the manager telling the workers to not let customers know of cheaper plan options. The manager here is rude. Don’t go here.

This place has Yoga classes that I really like. The staff is very helpful, and several workout machines are available. This is a small YMCA unit - no pool or large track, but very nice place to be.

Great gym, nice people, great staff. The hours were a bit inconvenient for my schedule, however now that they offer 24/7 access for 5$ extra a month I go here all the time. Great for people with shifting schedules, 3rds or night shifts too. It's usually quiet and hardly any crowd even during the day. Weekends tend to be busy, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend!

YMCA has displayed its true colors in the face of a pandemic. Have had their doors closed due to COVID-19 and i never received notice of my account being charged while not having access to gym. Tried going to the location and no one there to dicuss my issue with then when i call no answers , leave a voicemail and had my call finally returned last week in which I was told essentially there is nothing they can do but just know that we are putting your money to use with food banks in the area. They try to guilt you into donations when people are being laid off themselves. After disputing the 2 months without access Sylvia Reyes then sends a cancel membership form but it wouldn't be cancelled until 30 days making a 3rd charge without access... Basically robbing people of a service they cant even provide due to circumstances. But its all for " Charity and a good cause" no its basically stealing at one of the lowest times our Country has seen these are the types of companies that preach community , christian values but don't stand behind their own values. I've been a member at greater Toledo more than 2 years and previously was a member at other Locations as well. I would like some answers into why your one of the only facilities that continue to charge customers.. Many other businesses such as yours has done the right thing with their customers and delayed payments until they reopen. This YMCA has an area for kids to play supervised while you work out. The equipment is new, but the building is quite small. There is no pool so swim classes for kids won't happen here. The staff is friendly. The membership is a bit expensive, but could be worth it if you like to use just machines to work out. Overall, this isn't a bad location or gym.
