I have a personal training studio in Thornport Ohio where I provide one on one personal training and group personal training for adults and youth.
Every Monday and Wednesday I provide a youth boxing classes from 5:00-6:30 pm
Every Thursday there is a youth strength and conditioning classes from 5:00-6:00pm
I specialize in orthopedic exercise, senior fitness, youth fitness, basic nutrition, lower back pain.
I also provide online fitness training using video calls through Skype, Facebook Messenger, and FaceTime. Contact me today to request a free assessment.

I have done a group fitness class here. Nit was great. Learned a lot from Jerry. Even some PT kind of help to work on sore muscles and stretches to help heal an old injury. Keep up the good work!

Taken a couple different classes, and each one was informative and challenging. From boot camp to a basic course prior to leaving for college to learn self defense. The trainer is tentative and proper in his technique. He listens to your goals, and makes them his to push you toward success. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve been going to Any Level Fitness for over a year doing both small group classes and private instruction. Jerry really knows his stuff and has helped me overcome back issues that was preventing getting a good workout in. Jerry is the best! I was cautious to begin due to a chronic neck issue. He researched and learned about the issue and developed a personal plan. Not only has my neck issue improved but overall I feel great. I have more strength, endurance and my body is toned which has improved my attitude.

Jerry is great at what he does!

My son worked with Jerry to work on running speed and strength training. In 3 months his indoor soccer coaches were commenting that they couldn’t believe the difference, it was like it was another kid! We were able to see more improvement out of 30 minutes 3 days a week than we currently see from practice for 2 hours a day 4 days a week due to his one on one training and his ability to push him when he needed to.

I know I may be a little biased with Jerry being my brother but I have not worked with or seen a personal trainer bring the level of enthusiasm and excitement to each workout that Jerry does. Helping people with their fitness goals is a passion of Jerry’s. If someone is struggling to get motivated or lose weight give Jerry and Any Level Fitness a try. He will “workout” a plan for each individual need and budget.

Jerry is exceptionally knowledgeable with treating lower back injuries. When I started with him 4 weeks ago I had trouble walking after a day of sitting at work or after working out in the yard. After only 4 weeks I am able to run long distance again and not be in pain afterwards.
He travels tou you if that works best for you and he brings the gym with him. He puts all his effort into your training and he knows how to get you the results you need. I would absolutely recommend Any Level Fitness to anyone, whether lower back problems or just want to make a change to your life.
