This is a clean gym. There are a lot of machines and free weights to choose from paired with the app it keeps track of my progress. The only negative thing I can say is there is a lack of coaching I feel lost I wish there was a program for diabetics

The Staff is great with a really friendly atmosphere. A lot of people willing to help or give advice for new people as well which is a huge thing if you fear not knowing what you are doing. Owners are super accommodating with any issues and willing to help with anything you need. The gym is kept extremely clean and machines are kept looking like brand new. Owners are super friendly and always shows and appreciates their members as well as celebrating their members goals and successes! I was recently on vacation at Seneca Lake and needed to find a local gym for the week. I called up this location and was able to easily get a week and a half pass. I was arriving on Saturday when the gym typically isn't staffed but I got the app set up while I was on the phone and had no problem getting in.

The gym itself is very nice and clean but the highlight is The Pit! It's a studio space converted to a lifting room and it is unbelievable! Dumbbells go up to 150, squat racks, peg wall, deadlift platform, padded floors, and it is all black with some great lighting. The only complaint is its not local to me!

I am an American owner operator, trucker patriot you have the sign in the parking lot you represent with these businesses. It is unacceptable to throw trash out one number two. I believe this is unacceptable. Where are trucker supposed to go? The place next-door has no room I am a member of Anytime fitness is not acceptable. I agree with my daughter, this place is amazing. I am a heavier woman and when I walk in this place, I don't feel like I don't belong. The owners always greet you by name, the equipment is awesome. People of all sizes actually go there to work out. It's not a Ken and Barbie place. They have classes that appeal to young and old, fit and trying to get fit. They really try to listen to what you say to improve the place or just things you would like to see done or happen. Kaitlyn even saved car from being hit by shopping carts during a storm. The owners are sweetest people who really do care about each and every person that walk through there doors each and every day! They always have things going on whether it be classes, giveaways, challenges and I’ve even seen joining the gym for $1 in the past😮 They go out of there way to have something for each and every member! They even have fruit and coffee set out for the members for free yeah FREE! That means I don’t even have to leave the gym to get coffee! I LOVE THAT!

I joined this gym a month ago with a lot of doubts and worries. I've never been a "gym membership" type of girl. I always worried about doing things wrong or being looked at like the complete fool I am when it comes to working out.

This experience has totally changed that for me!! I have been able to work at my own pace without feeling judged and there's always been helpful strangers to give me a tip or a smile. Managers and trainers are extremely kind and always make the gym feel like it should- a safe space. I recommend this place for anyone, but especially those who feel like I did. I LOVE THIS GYM so much better than the other gym in the area cause it’s got new equipment that also I’ve Netflix and Hulu on them to watch while you work out and can also hook up your Apple Watch or Fitbit ti the machines!! The owners are SUPER nice and ALWAYS there if you have ANY questions or need help using a machine! It’s also really nice that they have multi classes thru out the week you can join if you wanna mix up your workout! I could honestly go on and on about this place! If you don’t have a membership with this place I suggest you get one!!😁
