My year membership was up April 24, I sent in a cancellation letter in March, however I am still getting charged. I have called and emailed multiple times, rarely getting a response. I have attempted to cancel through the billing company which they refused to cancel unless it comes from the gym itself. I have exhausted my options as I now live 10 hours away.

Was able to enroll and was locked into a contract for 3 yrs. I am an otr trucker and cannot get out of my contract but its not like I can pull my rig up to any location since I relocated to Florida. So for anyone interested buy a home gym or a gym with better obligations than this. I’m stuck paying for their rent and haven't set foot inside one since 2/2023.

If you've been to an Anytime Fitness you should know what to expect. However, I would put this one in the better category. Not that I've had any bad experiences with Anytime, it's just some have more options with equipment than others. This one has everything (and probably more) you need, even for the diehards. Plus, the staff has always been extremely friendly, they keep the place clean, and from my experience, maintain all the equipment as it should be.

I signed with this gym because they have locations everywhere and I assumed since there are maintenance fees charged twice a year that actual cleaning and maintenance would occur occasionally. Not the case. After being a member for a year it was easy to see the “maintenance “ fee was simply another junk fee. In addition i relocated to a different state and there was no anytime fitness still open within a fair distance to travel. Instead of negotiating with me on a fair exit from my agreement they decided to hit me with a cancellation fee and an additional 2 months of charges. For the money spent and being hit with ridiculous charges when the gym doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain there are too many great gyms to join that truly maintain and keep the facilities clean and updated.

Alex Bartley, who I started my membership with was only supposed to sign me up for a year long membership and made it a 3 year long membership. Went and tried to talk to her about canceling and she said I signed up for the 3 year plan. Staff there are horrible and don’t do their jobs correctly. Terrible facility.

I absolutely love this gym!!! I go for the motivation and encouragement but I stay for the love and support!!! The management team genuinely cares about you as a person and they want to help you become the best possible you! Alexandria Bartley is a fantastic manager and friend! She is knowledgeable and is a nutrition expert! She is a great listener and loves talking to her members! Morgan Perry is the assistant manager and is a walking comeback story that is inspiring and motivating! Both are sweet and incredible women and human beings all together!!! They are matched with the exceptional skills of the Element Personal Training team there! Grant Toops is my personal trainer and he has helped me achieve so much in a matter of months! He is also funny and makes working out enjoyable! Drew Foust is the other outstanding trainer there and his clients show impressive results and he is an awesome support system! Caleigh Ross is a female trainer and she is passionate and is always trying to improve for her clients and works hard to fit their workouts to their needs! Chey Granger is the personal training manager for the Element brand and he walks the clients through the fitness consultations. He represents his company well and he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! He is a people person and he loves fitness! His personality is infectious and he also cares about his clients. He always takes time to ask me how my day is and he asks about my progress. He has a good heart for the job!!! This entire team is a cheering section!!! I watch them work together to keep the gym running and keep members happy. I watch them motivate and inspire!!! The Anytime Fitness Celina is my home away from home!!! I'm honestly shattering life changing goals because of what they have done for me. Cause sometimes...you need a cheering section in life and I have honestly never been happier with the person I've become and am still growing into every day. 💜 #ProudMember

Signed an 18 month contract, but they continued to charge me after the period ended with no notification. Finally cancelled my membership, but they still want me to pay for another 30 days. I understand the contract, but the communication was poor. It’s very obvious that this business is only interested in money, not customer satisfaction.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Here's the deal. I'm 35 years old and I've never been inside any gym...ever. Wanting to take my health journey to the next level, I walked into Anytime Fitness. I kid you not, the level of pure support I felt from the 1st second I walked in, from strangers no less, was insanely overwhelming! These people didn't know me and I certainly don't have the body of a person who is accustomed to going to the gym. Yet, they were kind, understanding, and more than willing to help me. I met and had my 1st ever workout with Dalton. He was there every step of the way. He did a great job explaining and demonstrating each thing we did. He never once pulled out his phone, or left me to talk to anyone else. He watched my form and critiqued me when I needed it. All while positively pushing and supporting me to be my best, but also making sure my workout wasn't too much either. As for the atmosphere, they have music playing but it isn't so loud you can't hear people talk or that it drowns out your own ear buds. The facility is clean and organized and there are sanitation wipes everywhere so you can clean your area before and after you're done. I very highly recommend you check this gym out if you're even slightly considering joining one!

Great area to workout, bars aren't old and comfortable to lift, great cardio machines to run on, they have some good dumbbells, and i personally enjoy the free weights the most as there is many things you can do with free weights

How you gonna run a business with no manager I came in to sign up me and my girlfriend and no manager till 330 on the door I waited 1 HR in lobby from 12:50 to 1:50 pm the fitness trainer told me it be 30 min no-one ever showed great buisness

Anytime Fitness in Celina has been amazing. Their prices are affordable plus they are willing to give long trial periods and perks for members. There are 6 treadmills about the same number of ellipticals and other cardio equipment. There are two tanning beds, two showers plus am extra restroom. The detail they put in their restrooms tells me the quality of service they provide. Everyone has been more than helpful and super nice. The staff hours vary but are longer than you would think and personal trainers are available. Though there are many members, the times I have went I am not waiting on equipment.
