I actually really like this location! They did some renovations recently which makes it look nicer and up-to-date, and I was so excited to try out the new red light therapy room as it’s something I’ve been dying to try out for a while now. I used it today and it was amazing! It’s like a sauna + RLT in one. When I called to inquire about how it works, the owner was very friendly. When I went in today to try it out, the girl working the front desk started it for me and was super sweet! She was very pleasant and friendly.

Obviously the plus is that they’re open 24/7, so you’re not forced to go between certain times which is super convenient, especially on holidays. My ONLY “complaint” is that the membership is on the pricier side, or at least is a little more expensive than what Ive paid for with past gym memberships and what was included with those memberships. For me, the convenience of 24/7 access, being near my house, having multiple locations, and now the RLT room is worth it though.

Had a delivery in front of the building, blocking the one way traffic causing a traffic nightmare. Delivery men were rude and said they didn’t care because this is where they were told to be. I tried calling the gym for assistance. I was stuck in the lot for a very long time.

I’ve had a great experience at this Anytime Fitness location. The gym is clean, well maintained, and has everything I need for a solid workout from free weights to cardio machines and functional training space. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Whether it’s answering questions, giving encouragement, or just creating a welcoming environment, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Longtime member of Anytime Fitness and I have to say, manager Jesse and team are great! Not only are they super personable and friendly, but they go above and beyond to keep the gym in great condition. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming to any level of gym goer. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Been coming here 5 days a week for over 3 years and with the new manager, Jesse (and his whole team), overseeing this location, it has only gotten better in every aspect. From expansion of equipment, to building a community of folks with the same goals, and keeping the gym setting clean and organized. Been a member at Anytime Fitness since June 2020 and have never been compelled to look anywhere else. Recently under new management, Jesse and the team have the place looking spotless, weights put back, culture is light and fun, equipment is regularly getting added and or updated (important). Staff is super friendly and easy going. Everything I want out of a gym. Will not be leaving anytime soon.

Been coming here for a while now and I really like this place a lot. It’s always clean and the music isn’t too loud. I am used to the Anytime in Avon where it is clean, friendly Covid wiped when I entered this Anytime, the smell was piercing , placed needs remodeling , the machine look like they never been wiped down . It was a dump that could be intimidated to walk in. Corporation should come and check on this franchisee . The people in that neighbor deserve better . The bathroom were filthy

First of all the gym was expensive, I paused my gym subscription for 6 month but it it came off and took my two month money and I wanted to quit the gym and the fee was 70 dollar to leave and I ask for refund but they said they will call me but they never did. THEY GYM WAS OKAY

Very spacious but I will not be coming back. Visited for the first time the other day and was disappointed in this location. Poorly lit, restrooms were kinda filthy and overall just dusty. Some upgrades needed. I'm visiting all the locations here and only have two or three more. As of now, Elyria, Amherst, Solon and North Ridgeville locations are my faves!

I had printed off a two week trial membership from Yelp and needless to say the reviews did not speak very highly of this Anytime location. Despite the forewarning, I decided I had nothing to lose because it was free. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member who was rather rude and not very helpful. The owner should do a better job of selecting personable individuals to represent his business because this was awful customer service. After being shown membership options...let's just say I will NOT be joining. Whoever runs this joint has another thing coming...how can you justify these prices for such a poor facility which offers the bare minimum? The facility is the size of a shoebox and the upkeep is lacking...not very clean at all. I felt like I was inhaling dust the whole time I was on the cardio equipment...seems contrary to an establishment which is supposed to be promoting health. You are better off looking elsewhere my friends.
