Staff is unprofessional, membership was a dumb contract, I’ve had a gym membership for a few years here, they’ve only increased prices without notice. Went to cancel my membership after a payment was made and I get an email for $90 due and apparently even after being notified of intended cancellation they continue to charge me for a membership that I am not using. Very displeased with their greedy egregious acts. Visit logs will even enforce that I haven’t used that gym in months.

I’ve been going for quite sometime and I absolutely love the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They make a point of calling you by your name. Extremely welcoming. It’s clean and there is ample equipment so that you can always be working on something. Thank you Coshocton Staff.

I've heard 7 people have the same exact experience as myself. If you dare try to leave or cancel your membership, they'll turn you over to collections even if you go through their idiotic process.
Just read the other reviews, this gym will rip you off as it has done me and all my friends who have used it.

Cancelled a membership in February that hadn’t been used in 4 years (someone else’s account under my banking) it is now June and I am still being charged, despite seeing the key fob has never been used. I have reached out multiple times for no response or actions. When I went in to sign to not auto renew there had been 4 other people that day cancel their membership. Worst business in Coshocton!

This is one of the best and cleanest gyms I’ve been to. And I’ve been to around 60 this year anywhere from California to Florida, Texas to Minnesota. Stop in and say hi to Sarah. She’s great.

They rip people off. I was advised to come in before August 8th to cancel my auto renew and I tried to go in 2 weeks before that and I could not cancel it because it had to be 30 days before. Ridiculous. Poor staff. Was not even read my contract.

Terrible experience, extremely unprofessional interactions along with issues with them double-triple billing us for monthly memberships (so charging us over double what we should’ve been charged). I would recommending going to Planet Fitness instead, that’s what we switched to and have had very positive experiences at Planet Fitness.

Been trying to cancel my membership for months, every time I go in they tell me I'm good but after a few days my payment comes out again on top of being double charged the whole time. I would absolutely not recommend until they have this issue resolved since I haven't been the only one I know of with this problem.

Was originally told I could cancel my contract when my membership ended. Then was told that I would have to continue paying for 30 days even though I could not use the services. Then was charged membership fees and annual fees.. place is a joke and management was horrible and refused to refund me my money. I would not recommend.

We signed up for this gym last year. Never went once because we were too busy with work, kids, selling our house and moving. Got over charged for like 3 months for both of us.... Like double payments pretty much. Called and they said it was their mistake and a lot of others were over charged. Said they would refund never did! We moved and tried to cancel. We aren't close to an anytime fitness here. They want a $50 cancellation fee and certified letter proving our new address. They are going to keep charging us every month and won't let us cancel. Not getting another dime from us. We had to close our bank account so they wouldn't take more money. Better to work out at home instead of deal with them. Run! Literally lol

Terrible. We moved away and after sending mail and asking several times a year and half later they are still charging us every month and now started adding a new fee. Place is a scam and a ripoff. Go anywhere else.

Have tried to call several times over the last 2 weeks to inquire about a memberships and prices. Always goes straight to voice-mail and then the message says "the mailbox is full, goodbye"... Maybe they have all the members they want, and new memberships are not important to them?🤷♂️
