Between the free trial to see if you like it or not, the 24 hour availability, great employees that I’ve met (Dylan and Marie) both extremely polite and professional, I think it’s most definitely worth the 44 dollar a month (depending on which plan you sign up for). It’s a great facility that has great employees, kind members, perfect equipment, and amazing variety. 10/10 would recommend

I have been trying to get a hold of Nick the manager for some time and can't get him on the phone I've been trying since July I don't don't understand why they have a voicemail box and an unwillingness to help me to get a hold of him. I have a debt I owe the gym said I could pay it to them and now they won't get me on the phone I've left 10 to 15 voicemails and calling a lot to no avail I will take down the negative review if they ever call me

If you are new to working out, or struggle with even getting to the gym, this place is fantastic. Nick is so nice and helpful. I had originally sent an email to the club about wanting to look around since I haven't been in the gym in a long time, and being on the skinnier side, I was always nervous to go for some reason. I was welcomed with open arms and felt really comfortable immediately. Nick was always there to answer questions and help me with my form. Unfortunately, we moved further away, and it's not convenient for me to go to this club anymore. Otherwise, I would have stayed for the long run. I'd like to thank Nick for getting me on the right track and now working out excites me! I am excited to continue my fitness journey.

Really nice gym, 24/7 access, friendly staff, a little pricey, and does require sometimes a contract agreement. My membership costs me $35.00 a month. But overall I have been a member for 7 years, and I enjoy the flexible hours. Newly renovated, and relocated it really has upgraded. There are various things to choose from wether you are a beginner or advanced. They do offer personal training if this would be something you are considering. Lots, and lots of equipment though that’s probably my favorite part there. I would recommend trying all of the new equipment they have! They also do have restrooms/showers, and changing rooms. And tanning is also available! If you were to need to reach out to anyone that works there they are open all day but the staff is only there during day time.

: I walked into this gym, not knowing what to expect, but had nothing but a fantastic experience from the jump. Nick is fantastic and my trainers both Rachel and Gavin are absolutely wonderful. Very sad to see Gavin leaving soon. I hope they get somebody just as wonderful as him to take his place Have nothing but good things to say about any time fitness I have never had the courage that it takes to walk into a gym in my life and I just did that day and you had Nick, Rachel and Gavin and without them I know I would’ve turned around and left and I’ve been there for six weeks and I’m going to be there for a long time. Between the 24 hour access, optional tanning, and spacious gym floor, the price is fantastic and the cleanliness is always managed consistently. Favorite gym to go to I live in Marion and still make the drive. Nick is always personable and professional and makes everyone feel welcome. He goes out of his way to be a resource for anything and be a helping hand with all questions and concerns. They also recognize members of the month for hard work and dedication. I can’t recommend it enough!

It's not as clean as it was before covid. Also today there was no paper towels for the equipment and one of the sanitizing wipes was empty. The same one that was empty Monday. Toilet seats are always left up. People sitting on equipment looking at their
phone's forever!

The gym itself is pretty decent and folks are great!! Biggest problem over last few months is broken cardio equipment that keeps being extended as far as a fix date. An even larger issue is the old guy who most days especially on weekends between 8-11 always in blue shorts comes in and steals the stairmaster for over an hour!!! We’ve made suggestions to put sign limits of 30 min like most Columbus gyms in the area but to no avail the problem persists. Considering going back to lifetime at least they had ample stairmasters and enforced time limits unlike here. It’s a shame as overall it’s a solid gym. Maybe it’ll change in the future and suggestions will be taken to heart allowing more than one old guy on Saturday and Sunday mornings to be able to use the stairmaster. As someone who use to be a VP of a major fitness corporation you’re not doing the best for your clients and that’s a shame.

Place doesn't help u out at qll they cost double then a normal gym if u want a guest they have too pay everyday they come with you even if you just want a spotter all they care about is that they get your money and that's it and if you sigh up and are unhappy they make u pay over 200 dollars too cancel not worth it at all

Great gym. They have all the gear to address any goal. The weights are pretty new Rogue brand weights. There are lots of machines and gear for cardio. They have the equipment for high intensity interval training. I had a severe bone break and they courteously paused my account for the three month recovery. I had to cancel due to return to work and they made that process very smooth. All in all, this was a customer-focused gym full of good people working hard to make themselves better.

I genuinely love this gym so much! I’ve gone to 3 different gyms in the past and anytime is my favorite. It’s such a safe place and no one is ever judging you, people come up to me and give me tips on what I can do to improve and I’m here for it! Zac, he’s one of the newer managers and he has definitely helped make my experience at AF comfortable and easy. Whenever I walk into the office he already knows, 20 minutes in bed 2 (my fav bed preferably). He does an amazing job at knowing the gym members and making sure they feel welcomed and greeted. I’m always able to go to zac for any help whether it’s with my mobility, form, or if i just need help with how to use the equipment. He does a good job at making me feel like i’m NOT stupid when I ask question that I think may seem stupid. Zac has truly made a positive impact on my experience at AF and I’m glad i will continue to go to this gym.

Gym overall is clean-ish. The far back left side of the gym reeks of sewage. Smell is definitely coming from the restrooms, and needs serious attention. Smell reaches pretty far into the gym.

Came for the first time today. Like every one else my gym routine took a hit because of Covid so I decided to give a new gym a try. Glad I chose anytime fitness. The facility is amazing. Super clean and the staff is very friendly. It has everything I need for my needs. Cannot ask for more. One thing I do wish they would do is bring back the group classes. However, not a huge deal as I will continue to come here for as long as I live in the Delaware area.

Since the new owners took over (I am guessing 2 years ago) the Delaware and Marysville locations have changed significantly and are top notch. The new owners are VERY hands on, involved in the communities and their clients health and fitness journey. I have been training with Alyson for about a year after significant changes in my body left me feeling weak, frustrated, overweight, tired, and just bleh. She works with my schedule, hears my needs, shows up, pushes me, encourages me and is helping me regain my strength and get my health back. There is a ton of equipment, I am not sure what more someone might need anyhow... The way that the gym operates I can come when my schedule permits and at a fraction of the cost of many other gyms. 💪💪

I need to cancel my membership due to the pandemic. There is no understanding from the company. They stated I needed to pay the full cancellation fee. I will not go to a gym now due to this unforeseen circumstance. I was told the owner would call me, 1 week later no call. Do not join this gym.

If I could rate this with zero stars i so would. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place at all. My account went into collections because they kept messing up the billing cycle, would say that they would return a late fee charge that they caused to happen, but never did. Me and my sister tried canceling our memberships because we werent going and was told that we had to pay the full 2 year contract before we could cancel or we had to transfer it to someone else. They also told us that they cant cancel it but they could do a three month suspension, that they couldnt even do right, because my sister got charged ever month during her three month suspension. My sisters contract ended 2 months ago and now she has to go in and sign or fill something out to cancel it.

Anytime fitness is a money hungry corporation . Everyone whom signed me up is no longer working with the company . My membership was suppose to have been cancelled months ago and I’m still being charged monthly. Even pushing the cancellation through I will still be charged more . I live over an hour away and haven’t used this location in several months . They couldn’t even locate my contract for a while . My contract is also not available in other locations. Interesting .

I like to think I’m a regular at this place. I genuinely enjoy coming here everyday. When you walk in it’s clean and is bright and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and approachable if you have questions about equipment or questions involving the club. I think other members are approachable as well and everyone is at different levels of their fitness story. There’s a variety of equipment and weights, not jus treadmills and ellipticalls. And it’s 24 hours! Need I say more.

Anytime is a pretty solid gym. The facilities and equipment are very clean, the staff are very helpful, and they have a good selection of equipment and exercise options (they also feature a studio for yoga, plyometrics, etc). The members are also really nice and you have a good spread of bodybuilders and folks just trying to stay in shape. 9/10 would recommend a membership.

This gym is very new, clean, and extremely spacious. The eqiupment has TVs attached which makes working out so much more fun and enjoyable. There is a very large room with mirrors, stationary bikes, and a projector screen where you can workout with videos. This room is also a great space for plyometrics! The area manager is very helpful and willing to do what she can to ensure a great customer experience!

Canceling this membership be prepared. You have to do a written withdrawal 30 days before its canceled which means you will still have a bill if you don't give 30 days notice before the payment is due. Not only that but you must contact ABC financial to be sure they have recieved cancellation notice from the facility, because yes two months later ABC didn't receive the cancellation and while on phone today they had to call the facility to get confirmation. Or yes you will continue to have it taken out of your check, and once that finally stops you will get phone calls in reference to non payment. Buyer beware. Screwed up system.
