I can’t say enough great things about Jeromy and Anytime Fitness! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride he takes in keeping the gym clean, organized, and welcoming. The equipment is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes working out such a positive experience.

Jeromy and Morgan are incredibly friendly and approachable! He always greets members with a smile and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. The open layout of the gym is fantastic, with everything displayed in a way that’s easy to find and use. It really creates an inviting atmosphere that motivates you to come back.

Her professionalism, and daily attitude brought life into the area and overall experience! If her idea of performance isn't top-tier or what you guys expect in the atmosphere, we feel no longer comfortable. Our services will no longer be needed at this gym, and we will all happily relocate.!

Jessica the manager does a great job with keeping the gym clean , up to date and handles problems I’ve had solved in less than 24hrs. She’s always looking out for us and is our #1 supporter . I had a baby & need a gym that offers child care or at least allows me to bring my baby with me for workouts. this gym does not. i voiced that and tried to cancel my membership. they told me i needed a signed note from my doctor. I sent one. they still refused to cancel. i have been harassed for several months now - at least one text, phone call, email a day telling me to update my payment method… NO! i’m not paying for something I don’t want and can’t use. How is someone from AF or ABC fitness gonna tell me and my DOCTOR that i can’t cancel💀🤣 ?? Yeah, not happening. NOT TO MENTION i paid for access to tanning beds and there is literally NEVER anyone there to turn them on. an absolute scam. do NOT recommend.

I’ve been traveling for work for the past couple of months and this is my third time coming to Fremont. The manager there has always been extremely friendly and knows I’m only there for a few days. She ended up giving me a temp key this past time so I could go whenever I wanted, and gave me a discount on the days I was going! This is so helpful since my schedule is all over the place. The environment and equipment are great for getting in a quick hour workout in between events. I highly recommend coming here for working out!

I’ve been going to this gym for a little over two years now and it’s a great gym. The manager, Jessica does a great job at maintaining the gym, making sure it’s clean and that the equipment is fixed when broken and she is also helpful with answering any questions you may have about the gym or your membership. The trainers here are also very nice and friendly and are always willing to help you.

Thought I was signing up for a tanning and gym membership. But the hours to tan are 10am-7pm Monday-Friday and no one is even there between those times. I’ve gone in multiple times just to tan and find a note on the office door saying they’ll be back “tomorrow” only to have the same issue the next day. Bathrooms are usually dirty and the machine wipes are almost always out.

Apologize from the get go for the long review...but hey, this gym is worth it!
Jessica was my first impression. Bubbly and inviting. Easy to talk to even though she is my kids age. Ha! I signed up for the jump start program and was super excited because I've never had one on one training before. Right after I signed up, I had a procedure done that was a lot more embrasive than I was originally told so I had to get ahold of Jessica right away to cancel so I could restart after the required healing period. Between Jessica, Morgan and Allison they all corresponded with me and Jessica resolved the issue right away. We canceled and then rescheduled. I was very happy with the customer service. I know it was last minute and I appreciated them helping me figure out a workaround.
So now on to the personal training. Allison, Ian and Chad were my trainers. They have all opened up a whole new world for me in the gym. I was always a cardio girl in my 20s, 30s and 40s; however, now that I'm in my 50s, I'm finding that lifting weights and cardio are more important for me. I appreciate all of their attentiveness and it was bittersweet having my last sessions this week with Chad and Allison.
The only downside I really saw during my Jumpstart at this gym is one of the moves I was taught required a velcroed cuff on my ankle that seemed to be worn (easy fix) and I really think it would be nice if they offer a free T-shirt with the membership. Seems to me it would be good advertising.
So all in all, as a beginner 50 something woman, I highly recommend this gym!! Best wishes!

First time going to the gym was back in 2018 and I started at Anytime Fitness! I didn’t need to explore any other gyms because I loved the vibe here. Visiting family in town, I was fortunate to find Anytime Fitness. The manager, Jessica, was super friendly setting me up to use the gym. I’m a personal trainer and can tell you this is an amazing little gem. The gym is very clean and organized. For a small town gym, Anytime has a lot of good equipment options. All machines are well maintained. They even have a turf for sled training! Whether visiting Fremont or a local looking for a nice gym, Anytime is an excellent choice! Thanks Jess! Jess has had an amazing personality from day one. Within a week she was like family. I've been coming to the gym for over 3 years now , and there's been 1 other person who's carried the same energy as her. She's turned my bad days into good days after entering the door. I've suffered from addiction most of my life and found the gym to be my home a couple years ago. It makes you want to come alot more , when the manager of the hoke your coming to has a great spirit and always helpful and ready to talk. I love it there. I could go on and on about the place. Terrible customer service, I have a contract with them till October and they told me that the I can’t cancel my contract unless I get medical report showing that I’m disabled, I’m pregnant and moved to a different city but still refusing to cancel my contract saying that another Gym is 17 miles from my new address so I can go there, I will never ever go there again

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness in Fremont for over 2 years and I love the atmosphere. I have never had a problem in the facility and the staff and club manager, Zack, are all top notch. I took into consideration the monthly club membership and club fees before I signed the contract. The fact that they use the club fee money to keep adding new equipment is something we can all clearly see and use, and I appreciate that tangibility. It's been an affordable & pleasant experience from the contract explanation to the visits I make on a weekly visit. Well worth my money and time.

If you haven’t been paying attention all of the reviews are old!!! When I first joined it was clean equipment was in good shape, not so much any more machine are getting worn out. Never use tanning beds due to staffing. When I did finally use them they were disgusting and bulbs were blown out I told the staff on duty. Nothing has been done. Looks like they are just riding it out not putting any kind of our membership fees back into the place. While I have been out of town I have had to join a planet fitness. Wow what a difference the selections of machine and condition 1000 times better. Always someone there if you want to tan or use a hydro bed, which are amazing, at 2 am. Totally different experience and it’s cheaper. Unfortunately I don’t have a planet fitness in sandusky county, Fremont, Ohio. I would belong there for sure. So I’m stuck with anytime fitness and all the things I don’t like to deal with. Gotta try and do what I can to keep moving.

After speaking to several gym employees including the manager herself in order to update my payment and cancel my account, I was emailed by the same manager and person I spoke to in person the very next day, telling me I still needed to update my payment and acted as if I hadn’t cancelled my membership, saying they “hoped to see me in the gym soon”. I forwarded them my email receipts and proof of signature including my payment information and did not hear back. Very unacceptable for any business. Do not get a membership here. They will try to get you to stay and if that doesn’t work, they will pretend you never paid or cancelled.

I am honestly so devastated that I will have to end up leaving this gym. After being an anytime member for the last 3 years. I sat down to renew (I just like to pay the whole lump sum membership fee) and was told it would be 800$ that is over 2x my last years renewal. There are many other gyms that offer the same equipment. (I don't tan so it's not a selling point for me) for 300-400 yearly. The staff is absolutly wonderful, Allison is amazing and I love all of my interactions with the regulars. But that price point is far out of my budget. Staff 10/10 though.

Then to be told you signed up for 3 years?!!...so for 3 years I've paid my membership for nothing. I refused to step back into this place! 3 years up and they are still taking money out of my account. I've talked to manager and was assured they would stop. Called to cancel my membership, they forwarded me to their financing line which I was told that my membership was cancelled and would not be charged, Checked my bank today and saw a charge. Tried to call the office twice and nobody answered. Called ABC Financial only to be told that my membership was not cancelled and that written notice was required when it was a different story last month. Be warry of this merry go round.
