CORRECTION TO YOUR RESPONSE: this is being left as you lied on your response. I did not come into your gym on a Sunday, nor did I come in on February 24th. It’s very disappointing you would need to lie on your response for the gyms sake. Take the loss admit you weren’t there during staffed hours on numerous occasions and provide good customer service. I never complained about the service I received up until the cancellation point, so that should clear up your confusion! Never once did you not receive your payment and the contract was fulfilled to completion. The issue I’m having is the way I have been treated and the unprofessionalism during the cancellation process. I do not have access to your gym as the keys have been deactivated. Furthermore, the keys have been mailed to your location, as advised via email due to the attempts to drop them off at the gym that were unsuccessful. I also contacted ABC FINANCIAL who was able to provide me a portal to show everyday access that was gained to the gym. It does not reflect what you stated. The email correspondence with you and documentation of the keyfog access has been provided to corporate. In addition, it does no good to put signs on the doors of the gym saying you are out of the office, for one I already drove there, two, I can’t gain access since the key fobs don’t work, and three I can see you aren’t in the office because your office is closed, a sign doesn’t really matter at that point. Treated right when you are getting my money, but your true colors show when someone wants to cancel. After my initial review on google, you emailed back with an unprofessional “don’t forget to email corporate too” so I’ve done just that. Thank you for the advice! I wish you the best

Nice gym, terrible management.. very disappointed in the customer service I received. Never there during the listed staff hours and when it comes to cancelling the membership, was treated poorly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone due to the lack of professionalism on the staff.

Out of all the anytime fitnesses that I've been to throughout the US, this is by far not the best but it's also not the worst. Weight plates need to be seriously updated, and a lot of the machines are outdated compared to the other gyms. Showers also need to be updated badly. Visited during the early morning hours so can't give any feedback on the staff. Location is a definite plus

Great facility with friendly and helpful staff. Great equipment and amenities for all exercises and for all age groups. Military friendly and the owner tailors your membership to your needs/time home. Excellent facility, staff, and location. I will always return to this location when I'm in town!

There's a very tight-knit family aspect here, and that's really cool to see. Everyone knows everyone and the owners know all of them, too. Unfortunately, among the gyms I visited all around Wadsworth, this was the highest price and the lowest standard.
They had a good spread of strength training equipment, but it doesn't have the real estate for a track or pool of any kind. There are also no locker rooms, which was the most disappointing to me -- just a single person bathroom where you can change, and (unlocked) cubbies to put your stuff in. Where I expected locker rooms, they had tanning beds instead. So they do have that service. Some of the equipment in the aerobics room was embarrassingly broken or incomplete; that's a deal breaker for me since much of what I do requires free weights, which they have basically none of, as far as I could find. On the plus side, they are open 24/7 and have high security measures all day, especially after office hours when the owners aren't around.
Overall, this gym was a pleasant one-time experience, but it's not well stocked enough for me to return. And it's the most expensive membership of any (non-crossfit) gym in Wadsworth, at least at its student price of $33 per month. Big price tag, low standard. But if you do choose to join, you'll always be met with a friendly face.

I am beyond excited to go back to Anytime Fitness in the Wadsworth location! Jen is such a genuine and caring person and she really cares about you and your goals. The gym is so clean and well maintained and the staff are so friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. I feel safe there as well and I never felt that at any other gym ive been to. They also have amazing tanning beds that are very clean. I just really love it there and I would highly recommend it!

Signed up a few months ago. The owner is wonderful. She's always there and very dedicated to her members. I haven't had any major issues- the one small issue I had which was literally no big deal and wasn't even about her gym, she still handled immediately. Great customer service! The gym is clean, organized and quiet. There's never a wait for the equipment even in high traffic times. The tanning beds are an excellent addition. Love it!

If you're in search of an affordable, top of the line gym with a friendly and helpful staff, look no further. This gym is always clean and organized. Pleasant, private bathrooms with two available showers. There are three rows of Precor cardio machines, along with Precor strength training machines. Fully stocked free weight area. Two great areas for stretching and other activities, with several recumbent/ spinning bikes & rowing machine. Fitness on Request system is a convenient and great feature. Owners know your names and care deeply for each member, pushing them towards their goals while offering valuable advice (both have experienced backgrounds in athletic training). No matter what level your fitness may be, you will feel welcomed here.

This fitness club has every machine you could think of, including a phalanx of cardio machines, so many I almost never have to wait and often have my choice of several. There are spacious areas for special training, individual bathrooms with showers and free weights. I love the wall of windows and sky-high ceilings. I never feel like I’m in a “gym.” Parking is steps away, ample and well-lit for carefree 24-hour use. I can go workout whenever I want. I love that!

But it’s the staff that REALLY sets this fitness club apart. Jen took the time to show me around the facility and demonstrate how to use all the equipment. Not just all the motions, but tips on how to maximize results. I’m already seeing more tone!

The place is kept so clean it looks (and smells) brand spanking new every time I go.

Every gym should be like this one.

Anytime fitness Wadsworth is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been to! It is super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I was looking for a gym that I felt comfortable in, and this exceeded my expectations.
I also thought it was great that when I signed up, they knew I did not have much fitness knowledge, so they took the time to go over the machines with me. It was great that she took this extra step to ensure I was making the most of my gym experience!

This gym is pretty bad. It's clean and all that but the equipment is really lacking. I had back to do today and I had to improvise so many basic exercises. I won't be back, I'll wait until I'm in van wert or stop in hermitage.

As an active-duty Airman in the United States Air Force, I've been to countless gyms all over the nation, and this is definitely one of my favorite gyms I've ever been to! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and very tailoring to your needs. This gym also has all the necessary machines and weights I could ever need. They also offer a one of a kind fitness room with dozens of different kinds of workouts available. It's really great here. I always try to utilize this gym when I'm on leave as a substitute from the military. Highly recommend!
