A very nice, clean gym. The exercise amenities are usually workable, and easily accessible .In addition, the staff is always professional and helpful. The monthly fees are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend anytime.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is well maintained and clean.
But this gym has very little equipment. A few basic machines and only one barbell. So when it’s in use, the gym is more limited than planet fitness.

After 4 months I did receive a response to my review....
Yes, I am sure I have the right club. It’s the only anytime fitness is Parma OH on Broadview Rd.
I have attended this gym a dozen or so times since March. The tanning room is still not finished. The join for $1 banner is still in the window. The sign from April of the roof construction is still posted. Treadmills are out of service. Latpull down machine has been broken for almost 2 months. Finally equipped a 2nd barbell but very limited on plates. And still think that I have the wrong gym??? No. I’m sure of the Anytime Fitness I posted a review of. Thanks for dismissing my post and not trying to address the issues at hand that make this specific club sub-par.

So I went to work out Friday 11/02/18. I was in shock to see every single piece of equipment including all the free weights removed from the building. There is a note on the door that says they are doing a mandatory cleaning starting Tuesday. I'm pretty sure they have closed the doors with no prior notice. I'm glad they took our yearly "maintenance " fee before closing without performing any maintenance. Completely unprofessional.

I frequent the Parma Anytime Fitness and really love it. Its always clean and the fitness area is set up well for me to work out or for personal training sessions, Anna is great and is great and always gives insightful advice when i have fitness or health questions.

Unprofessional and petty owners/employees.

Unclean, broken machines, promised incentives that never happen, poorly maintained equipment, thermostat set at 75, staff hours might are pretty much non existent, rude employees/owners.

Don’t even waste your time or money, the other gyms right around the corner have this place beat 10 fold!!!

I’ve been a member for almost 2 yrs or more I think anyways and I’ve always had a good experience,
Members are nice, the staff is good especially Anna, she signed me n my partner up all that time ago n always makes us Laugh every time we come in, yesterday I dropped my debit card n called her about it, she had it n n the office but wasn’t at the gym... she stopped what she was doing and came back to the gym Just to get it for me so I was super super grateful, definitely above and beyond because I’m sure anyone else probably wouldn’t have came back just for that so thanks Anna!!!

Love my gym!
Staff is amazing and my trainer is awesome ! Anna and Ryan always make you feel happy to be there and are always asking how I’m doing.
Everyone including the guest are always so friendly. It’s always clean and maintained, which is great! I would recommended this gym and the trainer to anyone and everyone

I love the Parma fitness family. This is a clean environment with a great respectful members as well. I would recomend this to anyone. Especially if you have a random schedule, you can work out at any time. The owner are great and easy to talk. I love all the locations I have been to and that's nice when you travel! Great company and parma is a great gym! Thanks for everything anytime parma!

I signed up to this gym a year ago, and I don't feel like the staff really cares about the people putting money in their pockets.

They've been removing things from the gym, but not adding anything new. I didn't use it, but they used to have a projection screen to show workouts and had different programs you could pick from. Gone. They've had signs up for literally a year that have said they are adding a tanning booth, it's still not there. They said they'd be adding a free weight leg press FOR A YEAR NOW. Still not there. They had a rickety decline bench when I first signed up, but it fell apart a few months in, and was never replaced, other members have complained about it..but nothing is being done. Can you see the trend? The lat pull down machine has been broken for 4 weeks now, and no one seems to care to fix it. Members don't put their weights away and nothing is ever cleaned up. I love looking at slimy hand prints on the mirrors when I'm trying to check my form. When I come in to use the squat rack, I have to unload the bar from some bro who was too weak to put his weights away. No one is held accountable for anything. The gym is maybe cleaned 1-2 times a week at best. Your lucky if you can find a towel on the weekends to clean down your equipment after use. Members leaving banana peels on the soap dispensers, and in the sinks in the bathrooms, and protein bar wrappers just thrown about. It's honestly disgusting.

If you want more people to sign up for a membership to your gym using their hard earned money, how about..I dunno, try taking care of your customers?

I will most likely not be renewing my membership to this gym, and do not recommend to anyone to join this place. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually cares.

The hell is this? There's literally one, ONE, 1, uno, eine, bar for manual benching/squatting.
How do you even call this a gym? Been to anytime fitness all around the country, this is definitely the second worst I've ever been to
