This gym is absolutely incredible!!! Looking at the price of the gym and (optional) nutrition can be daunting admittedly. But in my opinion, it is so worth it!! The gym is 24 hours, 7 days a week, and it is always taken care of and filled with lovely gym goers! Kyle is such a sweet and honest man!! He wants to see nothing but the best results out of every single person in the gym! And he is always willing to help you achieve your goals! He is very knowledgeable and understanding through and through! In the past year, he's helped me change my body and I feel stronger, happier, and better than ever!!

Smallest gym I’ve been too, worst equipment I’ve used at any of the 6 gyms I regularly go too. I canceled my membership 3 months ago and they tried to charge me for an additional month, obviously I refused to pay, and they’ve contacted a debt collector to contact me 3 times a week over $35 for a final month of membership I didn’t want nor planned on wanting to use. If you cancel a membership it’s a notice of you stopping payment not a, hey my next payment will be my last. Horrible business practice.

signed up at this gym when the doors opened back in 2013. The owner Eric and I were good friends. I own my own restoration company and for years came in and cleaned the carpets in this gym, provided water damage clean up at this gym and several other tasks. I trained and became friends with the trainer there as well, Travis urschel. I competed and won first in my class at the kentucky muscle 2016 as well as just this past summer placing first in my class at the julie palmer 2023. This gym is close knit and because of all my contributions as well as personal friendships and competing Eric said I was allowed to bring a gym guest free of charge. I have been utilizing this advantage for 6 years. Me and my fiance go around and turn off lights when left on, and my fiance writes motivational quotes on the wall for the guests as well just to add something to the community. We also have seen kids sneak in and ask them to leave and make sure the side door is always shut and secured. Sadly we heard the gym was under new ownership. This was the end of an Era unfortunately. The new manager was in the gym last night and I scanned my key card and brought my fiance in to enjoy our workout. This manager (Alex) did not address me and introduce himself, say hi, or talk to me in anyway. However, we know quite a few members and heard through the grapevine that Alex checked my info on the computer and raised a big stink about me bringing in my fiance. Now if this person would have had the common respect to come an friendly address me things would be different but he didn't have the common decency to even do that. The reason that I work out at this gym is because all of those connections and all of those relationships and all of those friendships and all of my competitions and every single thing that we have been involved in so I don't even live in Trenton I actually drive 32 minutes each way just to work out there but after this I'm no longer going to return to this gym and I have to say that I don't see things turning out well for them because Trenton is a close-knit community and all of the members that are currently going there have been there for years so when a new person comes in that is not friendly and that does not try to talk to people and is not forthcoming and is not commutative in any way the end result is people are overall going to become upset and have a bad Vibe at that gym and they're going to cancel their membership so today I am going to call and cancel mine I think it would be sad to see this gym go out of business as it already saddens me that that era has ended I'm no longer going to be a part of it anymore as well

This gym has a good variety of equipment to use and the facility is kept clean. It can get busy at times and it definitely isn't the biggest gym but it's never overwhelmed. The best part is it's obviously open 24 hours a day.

I’m giving a one because zero isn’t an option. While the facility is a three at best, the organization and ethics of the business itself is atrocious. Be very weary of what they tell you versus what is written in your contract.

Great gym and atmosphere. Really clean and never so busy you can't get on the equipment you wanted to use within reason. I little pricier than the other guys, but we'll worth it in my opinion, especially if you travel a lot because you can visit the gym wherever you're at, not just your home gym.

My wife and I signed up a few months back. I personally like the small gym and Iron feel it puts out, but they changed the tanning times that are available for my wife, as you can now only tan when someone is on duty. This wasn't what we were told when we signed up.(currently reading through contract) I've tried calling (I workout at night) including today 12 times in the last month up until today with no answer.
******** They fixed the issue, and we are pleased with the response!
