Started out decent but now the gym has no manager (never seen him either, the trainer signed me up and he's not there anymore either) no one there to clean the place or restock cleaning supplies. Stair machine has been broken for at least 3 months . I use the gym 6/7 days a week and it's becoming worse every day

Excessive charges , can’t take payments in gym, lousy customer service and pressure sales, gym is clean and has quality equipment, but needs a serious overhaul of customer service and experience. And don’t fall for training included because it’s an enticement to get you to sign a contract that you can never get out of and you will have to pay a fee for pretty bad way to do business.

The black and green wall has about inch of dust on top. Not good for your health. It appears that the floors get vacuum when the managers husband does them. Bathroom is always broke. There was white stuff on the floor where the roof leaked and looked like mold

A gym full of con artists. This gym is the worst experience I’ve ever been apart of. I moved 45 miles away and they create policies to make sure you’re always paying them, since that’s all that matters to them. It isn’t about clients with this gym, it’s about profit. This gym truly makes me sick and I guarantee I will never step foot in there again.

The cost is too high if you want month to month. For a lower cost a 2 year contract is needed. It's nearly impossible to get out of unless you have a major medical issue or BUY OUT the contract. I don't like it's not staffed 24 hrs. I could never use tanning because of that at the times I wanted to go to the gym.
When signing up I was told training was included. To me that sounds like training is included in the cost of the membership. I was disappointed when I found out after I had signed a contract, they meant that training is included means offered at an additional fee.

I am very thankful to have Anytime Fitness in my city and that they accept Silver Sneakers. It is very important for older people to start working out if we want to slow down our memory loss that will ultimately result in dementia and Alzheimer's. And they offer free Yoga workout for seniors as well! Thank you Adam and Ashley. I love your communication and encouragement.

It's nice to workout here. But when my 3yr. contract had 3 months left they locked the doors and charged me for the Dewine shutdown. Anytime fitness had the monthly fees taken out automatically out of my account. But boy if it didn't come out to they're satisfaction. I was texted court a notice/credit notice alot !! The tanning I could never use . It was always off. I will never sign up for a 3 yr fitness contract anywhere. I was working 12-14 hr days and they tried to get me in there with a trainer. I drive by nowadays I see nobody inside..... Do you ya wonder why? How about pay as go. Unstudy times here.feast or famine.

My contract was supposed to be up in January but they extended it because they were shut down for Covid. I sent a text asking to please not be charged for the time they were shut down and to be out of my contract. I do not want an extension during a pandemic. They stopped texting me and won’t respond. I tried to call and the voicemail is full. Very unprofessional. I know that they have done this for some because people have told me. I feel like they keep not responding to me just to keep getting our automatic payments until our contract is up in May. TERRIBLE!!
