I've been coming to Anytime off and on since they opened in Van Wert so I have watched managers come and go. I have to say Lisa is the best they have had in a long time. She always greets you when you walk in and is always ready to guide you in the right direction when it comes to your work out. The gym is kept very clean and she keeps it a professional facility while still making everyone feel welcomed right down to us seniors. I look forward coming in for my fitness regimen. Van Wert Anytime Fitness is a great gym to work on your goals at first glance it may seems small but it is surprisingly spacious, plenty of equipment to go around and the equipment is always well-maintained, and the gym is always clean. Anytime Fitness in Van Wert is such a great place to work out. Ms. Lisa, the gym manager, truly goes above and beyond for her members. She genuinely cares about everyone who comes through the door and makes sure the gym feels like a safe, welcoming environment. The space is always very clean, well-maintained, and friendly. I have been a member for 5 years and must say I am very happy with AF at the present time. I think Lisa, facility manager in Van Wert does an excellent job keeping the facility clean and running smoothly. She is on site and speaking and supporting members daily. This is a real plus because during the 5 years I have been a member there were many months there wasn’t even a manager present. I would definitely recommend AF to my friends and actually see people coming in inquiring about becoming members daily when I am working out. Plus the environment has taken on a whole new environment where members actually speak and interact with each other. This is a plus because people will go where they feel comfortable. I totally believe these changes are due to Lisa’s management style.

Business 101: gotta lose money to make money. Basic supply and demand. For the amount of members this gym has acquired over the months is just amazing! Needs to be a bigger facility! I understand location, location. But, if the facility is to small, you will lose members, in turn, loseing money at no fault of the GM. I always have a wonderful time here. Everyone is nice, the gym is ALWAYS clean. Good stuff!!! A bigger gym would be ideal. But, i understand that "upper management" can be tight wads. This is NOT a "shot" at the GM whatsoever! She does more than a lot of her counterparts and loves what she does. It shows! Keep it up, Lisa! You're gonna get to where you're going. Teeth-N-All!

I looked into many gyms in my area. Delphos, Lima, and Van Wert. I looked at pricing and reviews. I looked at distance from my house and work. I chose Planet Fitness in Lima, solely because it was the cheapest and no contract. I went a total of 3 times in 6 months.. My husband started to get interested in starting up at a gym so we searched again. Anytime Fitness in Van Wert was the closest for both home and work. It wasn’t the cheapest monthly, but we took the chance and signed up. Let me tell you, I do NOT regret it. The facility is always clean when we come in. Other members are super friendly. Staff is super welcoming. The staff truly cares about the members and their work. Maybe it’s the small town feel, but I wish I would have picked Anytime Fitness in Van Wert when I was searching months ago. My husband and I have come almost everyday. We truly enjoy coming to Anytime Fitness. It’s like a whole fitness family here.

I’ve been a member for about 6 months n I love it the machines non spotter friendly the cardio equipment is very helpful with variety the lady that did my intake (Lisa) is n was very professional n very knowledgeable she’s helped me since day one !!! N the ppl
In general that go there also are very polite so if u join this place to workout or get in shape n you don’t know just ask anyone n odds are you’ll get help it’s like a a huge family there

The most corrupt, lying gym owners I ever had to with. Trying to cancel a membership that I honored my initially commitment too and have been jerked around every step of the way. I have been told I’d be called back and hung up on. I have sent them bills proving I don’t live near an anytime fitness which they inexplicably ignored and kept my bills after too. The list goes on with these owners and to top it off the gym isn’t even that well maintained. Avoid if you have any other option.

Be sure to ask about the cancelation process. It is made to be as difficult as possible. Your 1 year contract is automatically renewed whether you have asked to do so or not. Truly a frustrating experience.

Probably one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. The equipment is old and falling apart and you’d think for almost $50 a month they’d be getting new equipment. It always seems like there’s no wipes no matter what time of day, the manager is never here, and the bathrooms are always disgusting. Not that I can do anything about it but this gym is TINY even when it isn’t busy there’s no room for more then 3 people in the weight area at a time. If there was a planet fitness I’d rather go there

Another preditory fitness scheme. If you aren't a skinny millineal don't bother. Their equipment is state of the art but you have to keep an eye on your credit card postings.
If you happen to have a health issue during your 3 yr contract and need to be in monitored atmosphere they do NOT consider canceling the contract. If you are over 45 the young fitness assistance aren't really into us. Never sign a 3 yr commitment. Ever.

To stop them from automatically renewing your membership you have to send a certified letter to the company they will not do it over the phone. So not only do you overpay for the membership you have to pay for the certified letter !!!! I would recommend the YMCA !
