11/16/25: it is far too warm and stuffy in this club. always. no matter the season. it’s incredibly frustrating as the overly warm and stifling conditions especially impedes aerobic workouts. also, the equipment isn’t cleaned often enough.

I’ve been coming to Anytime for exactly (2) years and love this place! The trainers are awesome! They’re knowledgeable, they listen and really care about who they’re training. The overall energy of the gym is outstanding⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was very salesy and had told me what I wanted to hear so long as I signed up that day. I had told them I was exploring new options and had wanted to try out local gyms. They told me they had a cancel anytime policy and I could have a discount for the gym in the summer. The first time I went in a few days later they had a mice infestation from the place next door and it seriously deterred me from going back in. I decided after a few weeks that I wanted to cancel and they then informed me that it wasn't a cancel anytime policy and I am required to pay them for the rest of the year. Unless you want to be misinformed and financially trapped I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

The manager Chris was a nice guy but sadly wasn’t the one I had originally spoken to when I was lied to upon signing up. I explained this situation to him and he originally said he could help me but then got shut down by his boss. I decided to change this review to 2 stars solely because of how nice he was and that he tried his best to help. But this was still a very negative experience overall.

I am a big fan of the Anytime Fitness franchise! that being said I have never been so frustrated as I am now with this location. I made several attempts with no success to call and speak with someone to restart my membership as my old account was cancelled due to the Westerville location closing. I finally decided to try online and after paying the initial cost I was instructed to reach out to the location for an introduction and fob for entry to the gym. Again, I was unable to reach anybody and after actually going there I still was unable to speak with someone. Frustrated I decided maybe this wasn't meant to be so I called the company that owns the location to cancel my membership and they explained that I needed to go into my location to do that. I again tried several time to reach someone and STILL I have not been able to reach anybody. At this point I want to separate myself from this location... I am beyond irritated that I paid for this and will be billed for a gym I am unable to use...

On a side note I was able to speak with the amazing people at the Lewis Center location... They were unable to help with the issue with Worthington because its owned by a separate company... however, they have been attentive helpful and AVAILABLE with assisting me with using there facilities while I am attempting to find closure with the Worthington gym.

I have a membership program that allows me to have multiple gyms I can attend and out of all of the ones I have attended 3 so far, this place was bar far the cleanest. The parking is super easy and the facilities just feel clean and fresh when you walk in. They also offer a lot of good equipment and purple turf space for me to get my jump roping in!

Best gym for serious, experienced, busy and beginners looking for a gym in north Columbus, Worthington, Polaris, Clintonville, Westerville. AND it’s open on your schedule, 24 hours a day. Run by an old friend Chris. Stop in and say what’s up. Friendly and trustworthy. Now back to squats, deadlift, cleans and chin ups.

Good gym but frustrating that they close and gave inaccurate dates as to when they would reopen. Drove all the way down two separate times to find that they were still closed. Not what you would expect from an anytime fitness.

Out of town visitor. Clean gym with plenty of space. Love the big windows up front. Equipment new and plenty of workout benches. Additional elliptical would be nice as the gym grows. Joined an anytime fitness since when traveling always one near by. Never disappointed. Love my trainer in TN if you need direction of want great progress spend the money.

You can really tell the owners care about the gym. I'm always greeted when I walk in and everyone is super friendly. I've been looking in columbus for a place with 24/7 access, Squat racks, stair climber, and decent cable machines and this place has it. I can't say enough positive things about this location.

I travel extensively. This is one of the nicest anytime fitness I’ve ever been in. It clean modern has has an amazing set of equipment. If you travel to Columbus this is the one you want
