Steve is an excellent trainer as well as a great motivator. He insures you stay committed and interested in your workouts and achieve results. I have worked out with Steve for a few years, injury-free. Last winter I worked out with another trainer out-of-state and had an injury within 3 months. Once I returned to Ohio, Steve began to help me maintain workouts while also recovering from my injury. He is very knowledgeable in regard to rehabilitation while also making certain your workouts are challenging and effective.

Steve is an amazing trainer! I was having major back problems and wasn't sure I could workout at all. Steve created a personal training plan and dietary strategy, and within a few weeks I was pain free and seeing major results. I'm in my late 30's and in the best shape of my life! Steve is a great trainer. He worked with my boys to help the train for football. They are both stronger and faster after working with Steve during the off season. They will be going back after this years football season. The most important detail about Steve is he teaches proper lifting and training technic which helps prevent injuries. Very important and something young athletes can use the rest of their lives after they are done with organized sports.

Call Steve if you are considering personal training to meet your fitness goals!! He won't let you off the hook easily, will hold you accountable for YOUR goals and will celebrate all the successes as they come. I was hesitant about starting with Steve in Jan of 2017, but 5 months later I can say working with him has been the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. He encourages me, finds my strengths and motivates me in my weaknesses. I would definitely recommend Steve as a respectable trainer and motivator. You may be uncertain at first but if you stick with Steve and his guidance you will be very happy you showed up on Day 1.
