We build a customized fitness plan for you based on your exercise background, current fitness levels, prior injuries or surgeries and your goals. Your personal training sessions are completely private in your own, fully equipped training room. Our certified personal trainers are with you every minute of the session to teach, guide and motivate you. We help clients see permanent results through professional accountability and education. We also offer personal nutrition counseling and stretch therapy.

Axio Fitness is the best thing I could have done back in October. I needed someone to keep me accountable with my fitness and my nutrition . Boy did I receive it . I have great trainers that keep it fun and challenging . Iām loosing weight and getting stronger . I want to say thank you to all the trainers that continue to help me achieve my goals . Everyone is very supportive, if you are a big person going to the gym for the first time and you are nervous, you shouldn't be because everyone here has been in your shoes, not sure what to do, intimidated by others, scared of getting hurt, but the members here are the most comforting and welcoming people you'll meet. I promise you if you go up to the biggest guy in the gym and ask him/her how to do something they will go out of their way to show you how to it and how to do it right. 10/10 recommend fitness330 for new and experienced lifters.

AXIO is the G.O.A.T. Of personal trainers. I have been going for 6 weeks now to the Churchill location in Liberty. Each session has been fun and engaging. I have wanted to keep my schedule sessions with them because they are so fun even though during my sessions I hate it!! Gotta whittle my middle!! Ellie, Bri and Blake are phenomenal. They are attentive, encouraging, and fun. You will walk away sweaty and energetic. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
