BTB is a great facility for people looking to make fitness & wellness a part of their daily lives. The trainers are welcoming and the gym has a great selection of equipment. The owner takes a lot of pride in maintaining his gym. Highly recommend it!

I love my trainers Anthony and Mike.
But everyone else there is equally welcoming, experienced, and proud of what they do. The gym is spotless. Anthony routinely updates equipment. Anyone who hates on "Back to Basics" is clearly an angry, out of shape, irritable person, and my gym is better off without that type of energy.

The facility is clean, well organized and has everything you need to meet your goals. The members are kind and encouraging to one another. All of the trainers are dedicated to their craft and committed to their clients’ success and the music is always great.. You will not find a better gym in the Columbus area. I have been working out with Anthony Guglielmi for 13 years! Back to Basics is the most professionally run gym I have ever been to! Anthony and all the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and expertise with anyone, whether their client or someone else’s. The diversity between the trainers and clients is second to none! If you are looking for a trainer and gym i encourage you to look into Back to Backs.

Love this gym. Anthony (owner) and all the trainers give it a family-like atmosphere. My wife and I have been training 4 days per week at Back to Basics since it first opened. The gym is always clean and Anthony is frequently adding new equipment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to train.

I love this gym because it’s tucked in a continent location in Westerville. It’s a smaller gym which is perfect for me because there are fewer distractions and you can get one on one help from any of their amazing personal trainers. Shout out to Dimitri for putting in about a year and a half with me now and helping me achieve my goals.

I used to be “that guy” who thought if I spend an hour and a half at the gym benching and lifting heavy, I was getting a good workout. My wife had been working out with Anthony for years and her workouts were 30 minutes and she was actually in much better shape than I was. How could that be? Well she was working with a professional who knows how the body works and what is needed to maximize its condition. Whatever you are wanting to achieve, Anthony can create a plan to get you there. I’ve been doing 30 minute workouts w/Anthony for almost 4 years now and I’m in much better overall shape. You would not try to build a house by yourself if you did not know what you were doing...you would use a professional. So, why try to get yourself in shape alone. Doing it yourself guarantees you’ll do it incorrectly or worse, injure yourself. Call Anthony, you’ll be glad you did.

Back to Basics is a fantastic gym with awesome trainers! If you like variety , Back to Basics has that covered! My wife and I have trained with Anthony Guglielmi for a few years and have never done the exact same workout. AG works closely with us (demonstrates and oversees each exercise) while making the training enjoyable. The gym is super clean and the atmosphere is energizing!

Working out here is the highlight of my week! The routines are always different and Anthony & JC always push everyone to achieve their best. It's a family atmosphere and everyone roots for each other. The trainers are patient and lift your attitude up when needed. In conjunction, having Alezha from Activating Muscle Potential is a plus because she is involved and interacts with your training.

This is a perfect gym experience. The gym has all the equipment you'd ever need, in an open friendly atmosphere. I'm not an athlete, not exactly young but this has been the best thing I've done for my health and my future self. Anthony is very cognizant of the different ways people work out and he strives to make each experience helpful and enjoyable. Location is great as well.
