I love Bad Girl Fitness! Since joining almost 4 yrs. ago, my arms and legs have really firmed up and I have gained noticable muscle tone. The workouts are fun but challenging, and working out with a group of like-minded women is awesome! The trainers are very knowledgeable, supportive, and help you to amend the workouts as needed for your own personal fitness goals. I am very happy at Bad Girl Fitness!

Diane and her knowledgeable, positive, and supportive staff teach proper form as a priority.
The 45 min workouts cater to any fitness level from beginner to advanced and can be individual or group making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
I’ve learned to challenge and gain strength in myself in ways I wouldn’t have done on my own.

Stepping into Bad Girl Fitness was a game-changer for me. Before joining, I was convinced that to stay in shape, I had to spend long, grueling hours at the gym every single day. My body was telling me something different, though—long, intense workouts were leaving me feeling drained, not energized.
Then I found this place, and everything clicked. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The owner, Diane, and all the trainers are incredibly helpful and encouraging. They taught me how to work out smarter, not just longer. I started at Bad Girl Fitness at the end of March by joining the Drop Two Sizes challenge. The pants I chose to use could not even come close to buttoning…after just 4 weeks I got them buttoned (tight, but closed) and after 8 weeks buttoned and fitting even better! The trainers and members made me feel so welcomed and supported that after the challenge ended I signed up for a year.
This is a gym full of women supporting women. I look forward to going to the gym and plan my days around getting to the gym as much as I can. I have developed a consistent workout routine now because of this gym. I have increased my endurance and strength. I have also learned I am capable of great things once I get out of my own way.
I have some limitations due to RA. The trainers have alternative exercises ready for me when I need a modification. No one judges me for not being able to do a burpee because of my wrists, we all just do what we do and cheer each other one.
After your first 50 workouts your picture goes on the wall. It is so motivational to get your pic up on the wall and have everyone cheer for you! I am currently working to move my pic to the 100 workouts achieved spot on the wall.
If you are considering Bad Girl Fitness, I can say 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love this gym! The women here are incredible. They are motivating, positive, and inspiring. Everyone is fighting their own battles, yet they continue to show up, and that energy is contagious. This is the most consistent I have ever been with going to the gym, because I actually look forward to it. If you miss a day, people notice and they will ask about you, which creates real accountability.
There are women of all ages and fitness levels, and that makes the environment welcoming. The workouts are already planned, so you never have to wonder what to do, only decide how heavy you want to go. You just show up and give it your best.
Since joining, I feel stronger and happier. My stress and anxiety have gone down, and my confidence has grown so much. This gym is a supportive space where you can push yourself, feel proud, and never feel judged.

My mother and I attended the gym for 8 months. In the beginning we had a good start. As time went on we started having issues that came up, such as when wanting to attend 6:15pm class the owner would on multiple occasions preference 5:30pm time which made me feel I had to go to the 5:30pm time. One day I had signed up for a 6:15pm class and I was 3 minutes late getting there, when I got there the gym doors were locked. I tried multiple ways to get a hold of the instructors that night because I did not have the phone number.The "app" used for this bussiness DOES NOT have phone numbers to get a hold of the trainers. The next day I got a message saying the instructor "waited" for me in the parking lot while talking to some other members from the earlier class. I did NOT SEE ANYONE in the parking lot. I learned that this bussiness is very unprofessional and there is no accountability.

My daughter and I were annual members for 8 months. I paid the discount difference to exit the place after a number of bad experiences such as the owner asking to switch the class time to meet HER needs multiple times. The final blow was when my daughter got locked out of the gym when she got to the gym three minutes later. No communication at that time when attempted. And the next day, they were claiming that the instructor was present but talking to her friends at the parking lot instead of staying inside of the gym as she should have. No apology provided. Instead the blame was put on the client as typically shown from an unprofessionally run business that serves THEM not the clients. Avoid this gym if you're looking for a honorable and high quality business.

I joined Bad Girl Fitness (BGF) in February 2022. I enjoyed going as soon as I joined. There are women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Everyone is so welcoming and nothing feels like a competition. We encourage and help each other. Diane is amazing . She keeps the workouts different and challenging and there is a huge feeling of accomplishment at the end of every workout. She is also encouraging and empowering. I recently had shoulder surgery and had to step away for 8 months. It was thoughtful of Diane to keep in touch with me to see how I was doing during my recovery period. Diane and the other instructors have been great with helping me get back on track and modifying any exercises. I attend the class setting and you still get that personalized attention. I absolutely would recommend BGF.

If you’re looking for a place to exercise at your own pace, but still push yourself to your limit, this is the place to go.
The class-size is limited, allowing for a more one on one class feel.
The instructor actually has time to go around to each person and provide input on our form.
Also, each exercise can be modified to meet your current fitness level.

I first should start off with I really never liked to workout. I had decided I wanted to do something for myself and saw that bad girl fitness was opening in Amherst. So I thought I would give it a try. From my first class( which is free by the way) I was hooked! Diane is awesome!!! She has you work to your capabilities, but will also will push you if she knows you can do more! She is hands on during the whole workout to make sure everyone is doing it right. I would recommend it to anyone. I am so glad to be a Bad Girl!!!

I couldn't be happier with my choice of joining Bad Girl Fitness! I was immediately hooked after my first class. I love that the classes are at set times. It keeps me accountable to show up for every workout. I have a quiet personality, but I still feel welcome by all of the women. The wonderful trainers help me perform each exercise to the best of my ability. I never experienced group workouts before, but now I don't think I can go back to exercising on my own! Being in such a supportive environment really helps me focus on my workouts and truly push myself. I don't ever have to worry about being judged. The environment was welcoming. Attendees all had different levels of fitness and the instructor provided alternate exercises for those who needed to modify. I was disappointed that the class did not do anything on the advertisement (passing sandbags,tire flipping,sleds). The class I went to was basically an adult gym class where there were the attendees did several stations of exercise three times around. There was not a lot of variety or learning anything new. Nice environment but not exciting to me

I had the best workout experience ever at Bad Girls fitness! Once you start, you get hooked on it :) Extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I fit in from my first day. High intensity workouts that can be toned up or down according to each individual's preference. My endurance has improved tremendously from just a few classes. This is by far the best fitness center that I have been to! I am newer to this area and in my research for gyms I found Bad Girls fitness while browsing online. Diane the owner immediately responded to my request for a free trial class, set me up with a day and time and personally welcomed me on my first day! I knew immediately after my first class that this was my place! She is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in the door of your first class she will make you feel like family. The classes are explained in detail at the beginning and she is with you every step of the way making sure each exercise is done properly and effectively. This is not a typical fitness class that you can get lost in. Bad Girls is an amazing group of women joined together to get fit and while supporting one another through a healthy lifestyle. I have never been so excited to work out! I feel more amazing than ever!

I just completed a 30 day challenge. At Bad Girl Fitness it's not about weight loss it's about participation. It's about coming to class doing what you can and feeling better. But with that said I've lost 6.7 pounds, I've gone down a notch on my belt and I feel fantastic. I enjoy going to class, I feel like I'm just hanging with the girls when I'm there. The structured class times hold me accountable and prevent me from saying "I'll just go later." Going to Bad Girl Fitness is ALL ABOUT ME! My only focus at class is ME. I'm not worried the dishes at home, picking kids up, or what's for dinner. This is my time! And at Bad Girl Fitness the focus is you. Just try it once and you'll be hooked.

So this is my very first gym experience and I'm so glad it was at Bad Girl Fitness. I never thought I'd be excited about working out , especially since I've never done more than a treadmill at home , but I really am and I have to credit owner and personal trainer Diane and her amazing team for this. This gym is so great. The atmosphere is so supportive. Diane is an amazing instructor. She really knows her stuff. She is supportive, encouraging and is always there to help you get into the right form so that you can get the most out of your workout. Having a personal instructor right there by your side is invaluable. I can't imagine it any other way especially if you're new to exercise . I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed by a new exercise because they are right there with you helping you get your form right so that you can get the most out of your workout. And if you're not ready , they will modify the exercise to meet you at your fitness level so that you can get the most bang for your buck. The workouts are intense but not impossible and even when you think you can't get through it , you will and you can with Diane and her team there with you every step of the way. I love their exercise style. The routines work your whole body , arms ,core and legs and they also do high intensity interval training which is best for burning lots of calories! I love the atmosphere of this gym. I love the workouts , they're always changing which keeps things new and fun and I love the team there , so kind and encouraging. Highly recommend.

After years of sporadic workouts I knew I needed more than plodding through another 30 minutes on the elliptical and I couldn’t be happier to have found Bad Girl Fitness. I love the fact that I get personal training in a small class setting with workouts that change frequently to keep it both interesting and challenging. Diane is a fantastic, knowledgeable trainer who works with each individual on proper form and modifying the exercises to fit your fitness level and experience. She is patient and kind and provides the right amount of guidance and support while also giving me the push I need when I need it. In the past after a long day at work I could very easily talk myself out of working out, but now I find I actually look forward to going and hate to miss it. I feel so much better and have tried a variety of new exercises I would have never seen myself doing -- who knew flipping tires and ropes could be so satisfying! The added bonus is that it is a welcoming, supportive environment filled with women of all ages, sizes and ability levels who are all there to work hard - but have fun in the process. I am so glad that I decided to check out Bad Girl Fitness. It is everything I was looking for in a gym plus lots more. The workouts are extremely challenging and fun. The ladies there are focused, supportive, and positive. Diane is a fantastic and knowledgeable trainer. She modifies all exercises based on your fitness level and function. This place is AMAZING! It is not a typical gym, it is so much better! Instead of an instructor working out with you at the front of the class, a Bad Girl trainer will walk around to encourage you and fix your form so you are doing the work out correctly! I have been at BGF for a year now and I can finally say I am commited to an excercise routine! Something I have suffered with my entire life. It works it's short fun effective and all ages fitness levels can do it. Its great the trainers are great you must give it a chance you really owe it to yourself it really is amazing and the feeling is like no other, in 50 min you've achieved more than going to a traditional gym for 2 hrs but you enjoy it. Great vibe all women so it's super comfortable u never feel awkward and that's huge!

Bad Girl Fitness rocks! The owner, Diane, is an experienced trainer who does an outstanding job. It's like getting a personal trainer, but in a small class setting, so it's less expensive than a personal trainer. The workouts are challenging, but quick, so you're in and out in less than an hour. It's all ladies and there's no judgement, members are all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Diane pays attention to each person's aches and injuries, then provides custom exercises that fit your capability. The classes include fun stuff, like swinging a sledgehammer on a tire! Great stress relief, great workout, great motivation!
