Balance Cheer and Gymnastics has been a game changer for my daughter! Since joining less than a year ago, her skills have improved drastically. After trying out a couple of different gyms in Beachwood and Mayfield, I’m elated we landed here. Coach K and Coach Lena are phenomenal—they not only teach the girls the fundamentals of cheer and gymnastics but also instill discipline, confidence, and self-love (I promise you can’t find that everywhere). They genuinely care about each young athlete’s growth both on and off the mat.

The positive, uplifting environment they’ve created is unmatched, and it’s the only type of athletic environment I want to see my brown daughter grow in. Thank you, Balance Cheer and Gymnastics, for everything you do!

Balance Cheer & Gym is hands down the absolute best! My daughter went to another facility for over 4 years and while she had a lot of fun and we enjoyed our time at that facility, her technique has improved substantially since being at BCAG! She has only been at BCAG for 4 months and Coach K and Coach Lena have helped her to achieve skills that she hadn't even started to learn in her years at the other facility. Both coaches are super sweet and while they keep smiles on their faces, they also give the young ladies the push they need to try new skills and to even try things on their own! Communication is top notch and I personally appreciate getting the reminders at the end of the month to make your tuition payments because we sometimes get busy and it may slip our minds. I am a high school cheer coach and I have referred my team to take private sessions with Coach K due to the lack of an adequate facility and equipment at our school. Coach K greatly prepared one of my athletes for tryouts! I'm sure I'll have some tumblers next school year and be ready for competitions once they get some work in with her over the summer! I recommend 10/10!!!

7/8/24 Edit: To add to my review, I'd like to thank and commend Coach K and Coach Lena for being so accommodating to my daughter after her umbilical hernia surgery. She had to take a week off due to doctor's orders and when she returned, they made sure to modify all facets of her workout to ensure she did not stretch her belly too much or do anything to injure herself in her stomach area. They were more than willing to accommodate her until she is cleared to return to her normal workouts after her follow-up appointment! THE BEST AROUND TOWN, HANDS DOWN!!!

My daughters (5yr & 2yrs old) have been training with Coach K for almost a year now. I’d like to put an emphasis on “training.” Balance Cheer & Gymnastics is a fun place with an amazingly uplifting environment, but Coach also takes her job (our babies future & their safety) serious.
I think it speaks volumes that my 2yr old has learned SO much during her time here. She is ALWAYS excited to come to class and work on her skills. My 5yr old also enjoys learning new skills, even though she has to actually put in work. Coach K is ALWAYS very encouraging and professional. I wish I’d found her sooner!
Unless my girls decide on other interests…we are For Lifers!

Coach Kanisha is a Blessing in my daughter life. My daughter been with BalanceCheerGym over 2yrs. My daughter have anxiety which Coach K made her feel so welcome. All the girls are so interactive with one another and so friendly to the point it open my daughter up and helped with her social skills. We love Coach Kanisha & Balance Cheer & Gymnastics! My three old has been in the tiny tots class (ages 3-4) for the past 3 months and she absolutely LOVES class. She looks forward to it every week. I was really worried at first because she is very shy, but Coach Kanisha does an amazing job at making the kids feel welcome, as well as the other kids. She is learning so much every week and I can see the excitement in her eyes as she gets better and better at the techniques that she’s learning.
