BarBelles is a wonderful place! I recently started working back in town again, and I had been wanting to start getting healthier. I was not a fan of other gyms, they scared me, and I wanted a more personal experience. I also wanted a women's only gym. By Divine intervention, I ran into Erin. I have known the owner, Erin, for over 20 years. You will never find someone more helpful, positive, full of life, kind, supportive, fun, and just an all-around good person like Erin. I joined BarBelles, and I just love this gym! It is perfect for me! I feel safe and welcome. The environment is beautiful, clean, and fun. Erin has loads of equipment, and her new space in New Middletown is even better and more spacious. I love all the women there and enjoy the conversations we have while we work out during Erin's scheduled classes for strength training. I am getting in a great workout, making new friends, getting better sleep and I feel like I am taking better care of myself. I go to the classes, but I also joined as a member so I can go to the gym anytime, 24/7! I highly recommend this gym to all women who want to get some exercise and make new friends in a supportive environment!

I have been going to Barbelles since February 2022. Since going I have lost 40lbs, I have gain strength that I never knew I could have, I had constant pain and with working out it the pain has decreased immensely. The owner Erin is very knowledgeable, kind and very patient with her clients. The atmosphere is great, it’s very clean, safe environment for being open 24 hrs. I highly recommend.

It's so nice and organized. It's perfect! I haven't had a chance to start due to a few issue with my neck. I recommend this place highly. I'm planning on becoming a member.

Can’t say enough about how much I love this gym. Erin is a great supporter/ motivator. Love the classes & the fact that I can go use the gym according to my own schedule. The Ladies at the Gym are very friendly & encourage one another. We are all different shapes,sizes there is no judges here 👏🏻👍🏻❤️
