Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Barre3 Dublin is the most inviting workout studio! From the moment you walk in, you're met with genuine smiles and a truly judgment-free atmosphere. The instructors continually challenge you to grow stronger without ever being pushy. I leave every class feeling energized (even with the muscle shakes!) and always look forward to booking my next class. My first Barre3 class was almost 10 years ago at the Powell studio. It quickly became my happy place. The entire staff has always been so kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. The clients are very supportive of each other and I truly feel like I’m part of an amazing community. I was beyond excited to find out that the Dublin studio was opening this year because it is so close to home. I have a dual membership so I can attend both the Dublin and Powell studios, as well as joining online classes via zoom. The schedule has a variety of times and class types (strength, cardio & signature) to help you stay motivated and moving your body. I always leave class feeling more calm and energized for whatever the world throws my way. I cannot say enough good things about Barre3. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose and you might just find that’s it’s your new happy place too!

I joined Barre3 over six years ago in Powell, Ohio and have always felt it is the perfect workout for me. I love the options of 45 or 60 minute signature classes, a cardio class or a strength class. I now belong to two studios with a dual membership and the flexibility that provides with my schedule is perfect.

Barre3 is my favorite way to strengthen my body and mind. After years of running long distance I needed a challenging fitness routine that didn't leave me in pain. Barre3 is great for any level of fitness, you chose how heavy and hard you want to push and the instructors support your choices. You won't here any instructor talk about "earning your snack" or "get ready for pool season" because barre3 isn't about that. It is functional movements that help strengthen your core so you can do your daily activities feeling strong and balanced. I am so grateful for the barre3 community, it is my favorite way to start my day!

Recently got back to working out and was slightly nervous about trying a new studio but Barre3 in Dublin has been so welcoming. From the instructors to the members that regularly attend they’ve been so encouraging and it truly is a judge free zone with all different shapes, sizes, and ages. The instructors meet you where you’re at in your journey and always offer a judge free accommodation to moves. It’s been a great experience and I recommend trying a class, you won’t regret it!

I've been going to Barre3 Dublin since they opened in January, and I can't say enough good things about it. From day one, the community has been incredibly welcoming and positive. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and encouraging, but genuinely friendly and helpful—they make every class feel supportive and empowering.
The studio itself is always spotless, and there's a great variety of class times and formats to fit different schedules and needs. I really appreciate the focus on functional fitness and mobility; I’ve definitely noticed myself getting stronger and moving with more ease since I started.

Barre3 is my absolute favorite workout of all time. The studio has wonderful instructors and staff members who will support you with whatever you need. The workout is functional and helps you as you age to stay strong and flexible. It has helped me keep up with my kids, my dog, and stay very active into my 40s. Can I give 100 stars? Barre3 is the most sustainable, fulfilling and challenging workout that I have ever found. And the community is absolutely amazing - so very welcoming, friendly, encouraging and positive. You won't find pressure to look or workout a certain way here - it is truly come as you are and modify for what you need that day. I have been a Barre3 member for 10 years at Powell and this new studio in Dublin (owned by the same wonderful human being!) is gorgeous. I am so thankful I tried a free class all those years ago. Barre3 is my happy place :)

Barre3 is a place where I can be authentically me. As a former marathoner, I have tried many workout places and routines but I always come back to Barre3. I feel it offers me a low impact/high result workout, and I always leave feeling energized and strengthened. For me, it has proven to be more than just exercise. It is a way of investing in my body and mind which we all should do a bit more of these days!

What an amazing community! There are few exercise spaces where encouragement, challenge to be your strongest self (while never comparing yourself to others) and affirmation to push yourself within our own body’s capacity (while also being encouraged to accommodate as needed) all happen in 1 place.
