This has been one of the best gyms I’ve been to. I am visiting from SC and had issues with nearby gyms that resulted in me seeking elsewhere… decided to give Baylifft a go instead of the conventional gyms that were further away. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend as this gym exceeded all expectations. Amanda is fantastic, she does it all and is a pleasure to talk to. Happy to call this my gym anytime I visit family.

I am just a beginner at cross fit and this is the perfect place. The gym has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's very large and there is plenty of top of the line equipment for everyone. The trainers work well with all skill levels and put together challenging workouts. I highly recommend it!

First and ONLY gym that I have ever been a part of, where I actually enjoy going. Love the people, atmosphere, coaches and owners. There's a variety of classes, each to your preference. All around, good place to workout, and you don't feel judged.
