Hands down the best gym I have ever been to. Not only are the owners wonderful and inviting people, the atmosphere they created is a one of a kind space. The range of equipment is a lifter’s dream, with options I haven’t seen anywhere else. It is also available 24 hours which was a key part in deciding to become a member— which was a fantastic decision. It’s also super cool that they have a posing room, as well as well thought out decor and even a fridge filled with energy drinks and protein drinks to choose from. Honestly, come visit and you’ll be hooked :)

This gym is amazing. It is clean with lots of choices for machines. There is a free weight dumbbell section, cardio section, and even a squat rack and deadlift platform. There are bathrooms, changing rooms, and even a posing room. Holly was amazing and so nice. She showed us around and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get a great lift in!

Highly recommended! I've got nothing but good things to say since joining Baynes! Facility is clean, organized, and well-kept. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. You have everybody from competitive bodybuilders to average Joe’s the owners, Greg and Holly Are super friendly and helpful. I have to training at the same gym for over 20 years. I left my old gym, ONYX, as a friend referred me here to Baynes and I absolutely fell in love. The owners are absolutely unbelievable and super nice / friendly. The gym is clean and has a safe atmosphere to it. I took one of my friends this morning and she signed up for a membership as she loved it as well. I definitely recommend Baynes if you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well rounded gym.

The amount of high end equipment is incredible. My favorite part is the demonstration videos Holly posts. They give me the confidence needed to try new machines. Affordable, and feels like home. Run by a local family- I see the wife or husband everytime I go to lift. They’re both such kind humans. The equipment is top tier: so many plate loaded machines—true body building gym! It’s always clean. Seamless membership process to sign up on my phone and get same day access. Personally working out and training here has been an amazing experience since this place has opened. Holly and Greg are very helpful, nice and welcoming. How they run the gym is very organized and very fair and reasonable with rules. They have purchased some of the most unique and top equipment and it’s all brand new.
