The atmosphere at Beat Fitness is top tier. They have a great variety of equipment that you won’t find at other gyms. The team that works there has always been so welcoming, respectful, and kind. Everyone there wants to see each other win - the support, encouragement, and advice you’ll get from the staff and the other gym-goers is unmatched. After my first 20 minutes, I realized I’ve found my gym. Beat Fitness seamlessly blends old and new equipment, creating an atmosphere that invigorates you to work out. The music was excellent, neither too loud nor overpowering, and the gym layout was incredibly well-designed. The elite FTS bench presses with the fat pad made benching a breeze. They had an impressive variety of plate and pin-led machines. It was chest day, but I can’t wait to try pull and leg days with the Paramount (OG) pendulum squat, power squats, mono lifts, elite FTS full racks, and a linear row.

What truly sets this gym apart is the diverse clientele. It’s a powerlifting gym, but it’s also welcoming to people of all lifting sizes and shapes. This is a fantastic gym!

Checked this place out today because I was thinking of joining. The no AC was a deal breaker for me but besides that I was really impressed. Legit gym and the people working out are obviously serious about lifting. If they ever get AC I’ll be back!

Best gym in town. The space is massive, with one side serving personal training clients and the other serving as a normal gym. The facilities are extremely well kept and the staff are so helpful and fun to be around. The personal trainers have your safety top of mind and really care about your progress. I've been working with Jack for about six months and have nothing but good things to say about my time!

Beat is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! Matt the owner is super down to earth and is always willing to work with everyone. He has helped me in so many ways that I can’t even imagine. He has helped me build my strength up from a lot to even more! I couldn’t ask for a better trainer and a better group of people to be around. Travis, Zach, jared, Julie are some of the most motivated and motivational people you could be around. They are always pushing myself and my girlfriend past our limits to better ourselves and better those around us. Not only that the community is super supportive and honestly the most wonderful place I have been apart of! It’s not just a gym it’s family and I know that might sound crazy but it’s so true! I gotta say, I am incredibly jealous of the Cincinnati area. Tried this gym out with a friend of mine on a Saturday, and I had to come rate it. Good atmosphere/music. Good for beginners or experts. 100% better than any commercial gym you'll ever go to. There are machines you wish your other gym had, plus machines you see typically. Well done Beat.

Man is hard to say just one thing about this place, starting with the staff and owners which are always hanging around, helping out & working out and I think that's pretty dope, all of them are always in a good mood, welcoming and so amazing is top tier, the location...accessible, clean, big & well taken care of inside and out, the equipment...my guy this the gym with the most reach out there in Cincinnati when it comes to machines, plates, barbells, dumbbells, cardio equipment, boxing bag, accessories I mean they have it all it's unbelievable! Hours...HUGE plus ITS FREAKING 24/7 high security including cameras and in/out access to the doors. The love for lifting 100% sparked back up once I stepped in here, I feel like a little kid that's been dropped at the playground to go have fun! 100% 10/10 recommend! Go online get that free day pass they offer and come try it....oh!! Another one...variety of affordable memberships to put the cherry on top! Beat family...thank you <3

BEAT is the best gym in the region hands down. Matt and his team of trainers are the most intelligent, kind, and hard working people out there. The gym is immaculately clean, tons of new equipment, and just a great atmosphere. For those of you who are sick of the globo gyms with zero personality, or trainers who don't actually walk-the-walk, this is absolutely the place to be. I decided to join BEAT because of all the great reviews. I stayed because of all the amazing staff. As someone who hates working out but needs to do it, I wanted a trainer who is able to modify my workouts based on my strength and energy level for the day. My trainer, Jared, has been very patient with me and has been able to modify my workouts for max benefit and getting stronger. He also helped me understand how to modify my diet to help improve my dietary intake and build muscle. Hours are very flexible and accommodating. The gym and equipment are very clean.

Hands down the best gym in Oakley! Whether you are a serious power lifter, or your average gym person, this gym has it all. Now, if you’re new to lifting, let’s talk about the staff they have on hand to help you reach your goals. The personal trainers are well equipped with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you not only meet your goals but exceed them. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommended.

Best gym in the greater Cincinnati area, no question. Elite equipment, great crowd, spacious, 24/7 365 access, and the trainers/staff here clearly know what they’re doing and are super friendly too.

First gym I’ve been to in YEARS where I don’t feel like half the gym is sitting on their phones/hogging machines to do practically nothing which is *beyond* refreshing. It’s so nice and motivating to be in an environment where people are actually putting in work.

I’ve only talked to him a few times but the owner, Matt, is a super genuine guy and you can tell he is a serious lifter and knows what it takes to make a gym great.

10/10, highly recommend.

I began working out at Beat when I was 13 years old, and have worked through several significant phases of my life with Beat and Jason.

Whether it was training to level up my performance to make an impact in high school sports, making the leap into college athletics, transitioning into active adulthood, achieving my fitness goals for my wedding, and now, staying fit, healthy, and energized raising my new baby daughter, BEAT has guided me to excellence and success at every stage.

I owe so much of my health, mental health, and happiness to Beat. I’ve met so friends over the years at Beat, and the trainers have done an incredible job at creating a community that that’s committed to your health and future success.

Now at their new location, not only do they have world class trainers that Cincinnati is lucky to have, but they now have a training space to match their talent.

Went in to check out Beat today. Zach was SUPER helpful explaining the equipment, inclusive culture, and options for membership. I've tried several gyms in the Cincinnati/Norther Kentucky area and this is easily the best one. It's huge and has tons of brand new, top of the line equipment. They really have something for everyone. One of the owners, Matt, is extremely helpful, super genuine, a true expert, and really cares about the gym and its members. This is one of the few gyms I've lifted at that is run by people that actually live it and care, and it really shows. And to add on, it is extremely affordable for all that is offered there, best deal I've found in years.

A friend referred me to BEAT Personal Training in Blue Ash when I wanted to meet some fitness goals. I am so glad I found this gym and my trainer Jordan. It's been almost a year and I just could not recommend this program and Jordan more. Beyond knowledgable and professional, all the trainers there are encouraging and motivating. The gym is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. I always leave feeling accomplished. If you are looking to make some changes, this is the place!

The personal training that each of my children receives here is outstanding! It is tailored to their individual needs to help them become faster on the soccer pitch. Earnie is very positive and outgoing. The others in the gym cheer your child on as well. It makes me want to do it! The advice given is in terms they understand, and it is amazing how much they gain! It is so much more in depth and more meaningful to their ears than it is when I tell them things to help them. Earnie makes them want to push themselves further and gives them goals to strive for and beat, mentally and physically. I almost would rather keep it a secret, but I won't. Hours are flexible and encouragement in and out of the gym! Awesome!

Two thumbs way up. These guys rock. Great group of trainers who know their job. They work very hard on a program specific to achieving your goals whether that be sports related, powerlifting, weight loss, running or anything else.

Everyone is doing a different workout depending on what they are trying to accomplish. This is individual personal training in a group environment. A trainer may have a couple clients at any given time, but each is working on their own program. You will see results and work toward your goals with Beat.

I've been working out at BEAT for over 2 years. In that time I've gotten stronger, leaner, and better conditioned than any previous point in my life. The clientele varies from high school/college athletes to day job workers to retirees - all have customized programs that account for their goals and limitations. Matt is an excellent and experienced coach, and the other trainers - Jason, Brett, Cliff - are all great as well. They are all incredibly knowledgeable from the basics (conditioning, mobility, nutrition) to advanced techniques (powerlifting, sprinting, etc), and all of them still train and compete in strength sports. If you are tired of under-qualified trainers, stagnant results, and lingering injury limitations, I would highly recommended giving BEAT a try.

This is an excellent place to train and stay motivated. The BEAT community as a whole is supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get started on a lifestyle change. No goal is too little or too big! Everyone is down to earth and always there to help make sure you are using proper form, motivating you to keep going, and are always up for a good laugh. I have been training with Cliff and he has been excellent at helping me continue my workout goals and make modifications as needed to ensure I am continuing on a safe path towards my fitness goal. You will always feel like working out with buddies.

I started working out with Brett as my trainer over a year ago. I had a baby and was trying to find time for myself and get back in to shape. I ended up getting in to the best shape of my life! Brett made it fun to come to the gym and I was motivated because of the results I was seeing. He made it different every day and made it doable. I wasn’t leaving the gym feeling overly sore and fatigued.
I had a surgery about 5 months ago and started back slowly. Since then, I have gotten my strength back. My doctor is even amazed at my recovery! I am so thankful I have him.

I was referred to Cliff at BEAT and have been working with him for months. I feel I am in good hands under his direction. From what I've seen, you cannot go wrong with any of the trainers. They are all the real deal - experts in their field.
Clients are very diverse in age, gender and race. I feel comfortable - definitely a no judgement zone! The trainers and clients often laugh and joke with each other which makes it easier to accomplish the more challenging exercises.

Jason has provided a great combo of detailed nutrition advice, guided fitness (with lots of variation), accountability and a good sense of humor. If i could make this 10 stars i would. I've been going to BEAT on and off for 10 years. Sometimes other life expenses (kids, house upgrades, you know) force me to take a break to save a little money. I will strike out on my own trying other group classes/cheaper gym memberships/groupons - i always regret it. Of all the things I've tried Jason is THE only thing that can get me results. He has an intuition about how to change and adapt each session to make the most of your time and effort. Knowledgeable without pretension; able to work around any weakness, pain, or injury; and genuinely a great person. Personal trainers aren't cheap but this is the lowest rate I've found anywhere in town and it is top notch - WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. You will only be disappointed if you don't go. For real.
