This place is amazing. Dustin is very supportive but also pushes you to be and do your best. My first session I learned so much that improved my form and will help me achieve better results. The environment is very welcoming and the variety and selection of equipment helps keep the workouts fresh and tailored to your needs. They are very flexible and accommodating. Top notch gym and trainers with a no-nonsense approach to fitness, strength training, and sports performance training. My daughters have been going here somewhat intermittently for the last few years. A few months ago, I decided to join them for accountability, camaraderie, and personal wellness. This has rapidly become one of my favorite parts of my daily and weekly routine. I’m by no means an expert, but I can say that novices and experts are regarded the same way here - with trainers prepared to help you reach your goals - with no shame or intimidation.

I am on my second month of working out at BEAT Personal Training gym and am really enjoying it. My trainer, Dustin, is very knowledgeable and methodical in the way he approaches my workouts. He is flexible with my schedule which allows me to get my workouts in when I am available. He is engaged with me throughout the workout, explains the purpose of each exercise, the muscles that are being targeted, double checks my form and checks in with me to make sure I am getting through it. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and focused on their fitness goals. I can see the results and feel better than I have felt in years. BEAT Personal Training is a great place to join no matter where you are on your fitness journey!

This has been a +15yr client relationship and I can’t say enough about the quality of training Matt and the BEAT team provide. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and care about each of their clients on a personal level. There aren’t too many places “normal” people can get trained by the same trainers as professional athletes…. From pros in the NFL, MLB, UFC, and many more, BEAT is a trusted source to get pros and regular Joes game ready. Proud to be a longtime client!

I’ve now been working out with Steve for +3yrs, on top of a previously longstanding relationship with the company. Great training, great community, and the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t speak more highly of BEAT; many come into a “gym” looking for a panacea for all their poor habits… this team helps you to see it’s more about consistency, small changes, and support that will actually lead to the big changes we all want, especially as you start getting older (40+).

I’ve been going to BEAT for almost 18 months, and Ive never felt more physically and mentally stronger. My trainer, Steve, customizes my workouts to meet my needs and goals and he pushes me every time I’m in here. I never get bored because he switches up my workouts and uses the variety of machines they have. He’s also extremely flexible and works with my schedule. Not only are the trainers great at what they do, but I’ve loved all the people I’ve met. This gym feels like a community - everyone is so welcoming and encouraging which is another reason I keep coming back!

Great, great trainers! I cannot say enough positives about their preparation, attention to detail, and knowledge. After 12 months, without any change to my poor eating habits, my blood test results improved tremendously; particularly my cholesterol. Just join!!! Do not question it, do not overthink it! It will be one of the best decisions you can make for yourself. I walked in 3 years ago with a lumbar back injury sustained at work, and was determined to avoid surgery. Steve put together a plan, we discussed my goals and I stand here today having exceeded all of those goals. My back pain is gone, I am stronger and more durable. You will love the culture that has been created there as well, everyone is friendly, real and encouraging. I can’t say enough about Jordan and BEAT Personal Training. I started training at the beginning of my divorce process to get myself healthy and mentally focused. Eight months later, I still look forward to every day I come into the gym. Jordan is the epitome of personal training: very fit, extremely professional, prepared, and willing to work as hard as the people he’s training. Jordan listens to my goals, creates and updates a personal training program for me, and holds me accountable (even on my diet!) My membership has allowed me to work out as much or as little as I feel appropriate. There is such a feeling of community at the gym between all of the trainers and all of their clients. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and full of the most effective equipment. The trainers are all knowledgeable, well educated, and proactive in their own training and education. It’s honestly what I look forward to in my week because I know I will always have a great workout, while also meeting new people and sharing laughs and good time with friends. I joined BEAT 6 months ago and it was a great decision! Logan Dotson has been fabulous to work with - he created a program to help me recover from my ankle/hip/shoulder injuries. We've really progressed my strength for upper and lower body. The gym welcomes all fitness levels, so I've been very comfortable going 3x week. I joined beat about 7 months ago. Prior to joining I had been doing high intensity cardio for years. While I greatly enjoyed the cardio I needed a change as I wasn't getting results commensurate with the workouts. More specifically I needed workouts that worked my physique and a realistic and practical meal plan that was easy to understand and follow. Beat has provided that for me. It does follow a plan that is a bit 'one size fits all' however when you need some variety they will work with you to get some variety - and send videos, recipes. The workouts are organized and follow a plan to meet your goals. I have most definitely built strength and made noticeable improvements. I still have a long way to go to meet my goals. That said, the best part about this place is that you go for performance/strength building, and you will succeed in that, but you also gain a family. It's a fantastic culture and with the exception of seeing my daughter, going there is my most favorite part of the day.
