I wish I had found this studio earlier in my pregnancy! I began when I was 31 weeks and quickly found that I looked forward to my prenatal yoga “me time” every week (or several times a week). Jennifer is an amazing instructor. I partially credit my smooth labor and delivery to the breathing skills, relaxation, and strengthening done in this class. I recommend it to all pregnant women

Terrific experiences here. I have been on several occasions for a variety of programs from yoga to massage workshops, and all are top notch! My wife loves the classes here too!

I started coming here a few months ago for prenatal yoga and it has been awesome! Parking is never a problem and the classes normally run 1 hour and 15 minutes which means that you aren't rushed and always get plenty of time for shavasana at the end. All of the instructors are great, very knowledgeable and there are many other great workshops and offerings as well as barre classes! I will continue to come even after the baby is born!

I just started going to Be Yoga on a recommendation by a friend. I must say the place is immaculate, quent, and very warm and welcoming yoga studio. The instructors are great and very helpful. I highly recommend Be Yoga. TD

I love this studio! Very intimate and welcoming. When my current workout regimen was no longer a good fit (due to my pregnancy) I needed to find a way to be active again, it can be so hard during the winter. I was really in a rut. Jennifer's classes have gotten me out of that sluggish rut. I feel better than ever at 7 months pregnant, and a lot of that is due to her great prenatal classes. I can't wait to try out the postnatal and other classes in the future! I would recommend to anyone.

I have been attending classes and workshops at beYoga and Wellness since Jennifer opened the studio. What I appreciate most is that when I travel and have the opportunity to attend yoga classes elsewhere I have the skills and confidence to dive right in. Jennifer is a talented instructor who teaches with joy and kindness.

This studio is exactly what I'd been looking for! Personalized, semi-private with a variety of classes (I was looking for prenatal) at modest prices. I have only been 3 times and I feel like Jennifer (owner/instructor) already has gotten to know me. My back already feels better in just 2 weeks. Excited to try at least 4 more different classes, but will absolutely stick to the prenatal through the rest of my pregnancy!

Jennifer does a fantastic job of getting to know her students. I'm sure I wouldn't have stuck with yoga if not for her patience and gentle approach. And I know I wouldn't have weathered a pinched nerve as well as I did without her advice. Come be part of a mindful and compassionate community and enhance your life through yoga!

I highly recommend this studio to everyone. The instructors take the time to get to know the students and, if needed, offer modifications based on the students' health needs. The knowledgeable and creative instructors make the classes appropriate for all levels. I started off with the 10-card pass because I wanted to make sure this studio was a good fit for me. Now, I have the monthly membership. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the studio is very welcoming, and I look forward to attending classes every week.

I absolutely love this studio. I practiced yoga off and on for 10 years and just struggled to be consistent or truly enjoy the practice at other studios. Then I came to BeYoga for Jennifer’s prenatal class and fell in love! Yoga at BeYoga is such a treat and I look forward to every class.

The prenatal class has seen me through 2 pregnancies in which I never swelled, had trouble sleeping or had major aches and pains which HAS to be due at least in part to the yoga. The postnatal class with baby is so special and helpful to re-connect with your body and mind post-pregnancy plus connect with your baby and other moms. The barre classes are also a great workout and incorporate more mindfulness than your average barre studio which is so nice and nourishing.

Most recently I tried the Healthy Core & Pelvic Floor class for the first time and it was the coolest yoga class I’ve ever done - I loved how using the wall straps supported the poses, and I was able to engage my core so well I could tell I was getting a great toning workout in that area but it wasn’t miserable like doing tons of crunches or other traditional ab exercises can be (far from it, it was enjoyable!)

The studio is extremely welcoming to all ages, bodies, and yoga experience levels, and a good place to be supported in doing your practice without worrying what others are doing.
