This isn't just another workout studio. I have done lots of group classes, pump, grit, barre dance classes, yoga ect. classes. This is special. The coaches pay attention to your form. They help you find good mind body awareness.
After my second child my body was a mess. My knee my hip, my ankle my whole right side. I went to physical therapy, Doctors, chiropractors and they could never hone in on what I needed. I have been in pain for 6 years. I started here the day after Thanksgiving because one of my adopted family members told me at Thanksgiving that I should join her the next day. It hasn't even been 5 months that I have been here. I'm able to do things I physically could not do, without being in severe pain for a week, before. They are so good at teaching you how to tweak your form, and build in a way that works for your body. I feel better than I have felt in years! I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found BFT. Thank you Katie(for bringing me) and thank you so much Erin, Brittany, Matt, and Ethan(and all the other instructors) for everything you do for all of us

I absolutely love this place!!! First of all I’ve worked out at other studios in the past and the instructors were rude and pretentious- you’ll see NONE of that here! Every single instructor and the owners are so friendly and personable! They also take the time to give feedback during workouts and are very knowledgeable. When I first started, everyone really took the time to ensure I was using proper form and was getting the most out of my workouts. The classes are really engaging with a heart rate monitor. There’s a great mix of strength and cardio days! I’m so happy I found this studio! :-)

I can't say enough good things about BFT Powell! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported by both the trainers and the community of members. I love BFT! As someone who started here when they opened, I can say there has not been many other places that offer such an inclusive and supportive environment. They offer diverse and challenging workouts that range across full body body movements and offer many modifications for individuals who need them. I can't say enough about BFT. The workouts are great and always changing. So you can't get bored, you never know whats going to happen next but its methodical for optimizing results. But what really makes this place special is the people and the culture they created. The owners are genuine and so plugged in. The trainers are great at making corrections to help maximize the workout. The members are so supportive. No matter what your fitness level is, there is a space for you and an army of built in cheerleaders.

I absolutely love this studio. The community is welcoming, the coaches are incredible, everyone knows your name, and I am always excited to go back. The workouts go by in the blink of an eye, the fast pace and variety of classes provides a way to work on your goals as they make sense for you, all in one place. The vibe is great from the people to the cleanliness and the aesthetic in the equipment, everything is very well-maintained and squeaky clean, and sanitizing equipment throughout workouts is expected to help keep it clean. The classes offered here truly feel like small group personal training. I’m motivated, encouraged, challenged, and seen. I love this place. The workouts are tough, there are always alternative options provided so you can leave feeling good. Try it… it’s the best!

I did the research for you!
I moved to Columbus about 2 months ago and I spent 6 weeks trying to find the perfect workout for me. I tried everything you can imagine out there! None of them inspired me enough. But this one, oh this one!!
I wanted something that doesn’t consume a lot of my time, doable in the early morning, has various equipment, and most importantly has knowledgeable and qualified trainers who can give me the attention and care I need. This was the only place in the area that checked the whole list!
It takes 50 mins to finish the whole workout, well equipped space, and you feel like you got yourself a personal trainer in a group setting. In 2 weeks only, my weights increased about 10 lbs!!!
Each day is a different workout which helps you stay motivated, and there’s always a room for progress no matter what your level is!
The community and trainers of this place are beyond amazing! You fit right in!
If you want a scientifically designed workout, competent trainers, time efficient training, and a friendly community, this is your place!
As I said, I did the research for you. I tried them all! This is the one!

This is such a great training gym - fantastic programming (both cardio and strength/mobility training), convenient location, and state-of-the-art equipment; it might take a class or two to get used to the circuit style training (and understanding the working zones/timing), but the coaches and staff are all super welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve fitness with measurable progression and an accessible training program for all levels.

I love this place and look forward to all that's to come! The owners, staff, and gym members are awesome, supportive, and knowledgeable. My husband and I just joined as members after our first free class - we were both impressed by the energy, cleanliness, and love that it's science based. I love knowing they will teach me about safe strength training (and the cardio is actually pretty fun too!) I highly recommend giving it a try! (I was a little hesitant about the 15 minute drive early in the AM, but I believe it's worth it!)

The staff and trainers are so welcoming. I like the motivation I feel watching the screen and tailoring my workouts to match the suggested heart rate range, making me feel challenged and accomplished with every workout. I appreciate the modifications and corrections the trainers give me to get the most out of my workout and the education that comes with it! Just the other day Sarah talked about nerve flossing during our cool down. 😊 everyone has been truly great. I’m happy to have joined such a great community. ❤️

LOVE THIS PLACE! I joined right after my first class during their soft opening with a 8 class pack, only to immediately regret it and return the very next day for the unlimited class pack! Each class is so different so it never gets boring. The facility is so fresh, clean and with all the equipment you could ever need for workouts. I love that there’s a heart monitor aspect so I can see how much I’m pushing myself or if I’m in the prescribed heart rate zone for the station I’m on. Although there are cardio classes throughout the week, there are also a lot of strength classes which really help me be able to focus on form and purely on strength training without getting exhausted from a traditional HIIT class. I am lifting so much heavier than before and it’s only been a month since they opened! The owners are present, friendly, and genuinely are here to work out with you to help reach fitness goals together. The trainers are so supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable - they are literally the best! To top it all off, it’s such a great gym community, bringing people from all fitness levels and backgrounds together. I never feel like I’m working out by myself and in addition to the amazing trainers, I always have a friend in class pushing me to my best ❤️

BFT is just what Powell has needed! The group fitness classes are for every fitness level. The coaches are highly educated and make sure that your form is correct as you workout. They push you to your highest potential with their positive reinforcement. There are so many things I love about this gym, it’s a no judgement zone and everyone works at their own level. The environment is positive, encouraging and I have made so many new friends. The coaches truly care about your success and personal goals. The only warning I would give you is that you will be addicted! I love my unlimited class membership and couldn’t find a better outlet to relieve stress and become healthy.

To say I have found my new workout obsession is an understatement! Between the coaches, classes and owners I could not ask for a better workout class in our community. Every class is different and for someone that gets easily bored, BFT keeps you guessing. BFT is an amazing new gym that makes you feel welcome and at home no matter what your fitness level. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the workouts are different everyday! They are great about posting the upcoming workouts in the app and on instagram which is very helpful for planning my week. It's a perfect mix of strength and cardio training with several class time options per day. Highly recommend!

As someone who has been relatively active with fitness/strength training for about 16 years, BFT is the best group fitness gym I have been a part of. Every workout is different, and the coaches/trainers are very supportive. They push and encourage you without going overboard. They are friendly and want to get to know you better. This gym is designed to help people new to fitness to people who have been doing it for a while. You almost feel like you’re part of a bigger family. The apps are very supportive for tracking your workout/goals as well as being able to schedule workouts online. My wife and I love it!

I've been going to great clips for years now all of a sudden with your store every time I go in for a haircut I get a migraine and then the last time I got my haircut I did it close to when you were closing how can one of the "trainers" not even lift a trashcan to empty out the trash doesn't sound much like a gym to me or a place to be fit sounds like a way to get a migraine and waste money in my opinion
