Blitz Athletics has been so good for both my kids. The coaches at Blitz have been side-by-side with my son, helping him get into the position of achieving his college cheerleading goals. In December, all the effort and dedication paid off, when Austin was offered a spot on the Cheer Team of a D1 school at The Ohio State University. My daughter is 9, she takes a 2 hour all-around gymnastics class and is on the in-house cheerleading team. Coach Ryley has been so much more than a gymnastics coach to her. She has helped her overcome mental blocks, high anxiety moments and just 9 year old girl stuff. On a parental side, Ryley runs the facility professionally and is very willing to talk (at an appropriate time) about any situation a parent may have with their child whether it be about moving an athlete to a different class or a concern you may have or any sort. Blitz Athletics is a top notch highly recommended gymnastics/cheer gym.

My daughter absolutely LOVES Blitz and her coaches Ryley and Cheyanna! What started as a tumbling class quickly escalated into the in-house cheer team, and then their competitive cheer teams! She has progressed so quickly and is honestly sad when it's time to leave each day! But more than just skills...we love the feeling of family that makes her feel welcome everyday. Highly recommend Blitz and the cheer teams to anyone looking!

Blitz has been my home for the past few years and I love competing on the Competitive cheer teams. Blitz is a great gym for new athletes as well as older athletes who want to get back into it. Blitz also offers gymnastics classes for male and female. I am a coach for a boys class and I really enjoy working with athletes and allowing them to experience the wonderful sports of cheer and gymnastics. 100% Recommend joining the Blitz family!!

Coach Riley is very harsh to the children and very rude when dealing with the parents. She is the owners daughter. There is no way to avoid her as she is also the main person in charge. There was a situation where my child ran out of practice crying. I asked to quickly speak to Riley so she could answer a question so my child would return to practice. She did not want to speak to me and said she was in the middle of practice. She could not take 2 minutes away from practice to show the least concern for a student who ran off crying (there was another coach present).

She also has children do push ups for every little mistake. Little 5 year olds constantly doing push up.

Also, class time changed 3 months into the season. Classes ending at 9pm on Tuesday school night does not work well.. especially for the many parents that travel 30+ minutes to the gym.

My daughter started gymnastics here in 2011, joined the Blitz competition squad in 2015 and now in 2023 she performed her last routine as a senior with Blitz athletics cheer. Our family loved being apart of this gym. The owners and coaches invest in their athletes and help them grow personally and in athletic skill. The friendships, memories, and life skills my daughter learned here will be with her forever. She loved Blitz cheer and we had years of positive experiences here!

We love Blitz! We started with gymnastics in the fall of 2020 and three years later we are in gymnastics and competitive cheer. Coach Ryley is fantastic with my daughter. She is encouraging and fun. She is firm with the girls and has a passion for pushing them to make sure their skills are top notch. My daughter has progressed so much since we started and I can’t wait to see where Blitz takes us. If you’re looking for a place, I couldn’t recommend it more.

My daughter loves this gym and the coaches! She did tumbling for years, now on the in house cheer team, and hoping to try out for the competition team in the spring. She decided to have her 7th birthday party there this weekend and everything turned out perfect! We had kids ranging from 2 to 13 which can make it difficult finding something that they'll all enjoy. Even my oldest, the teen, who claimed she would NOT be participating beforehand, was out there having a BLAST. Lol we couldn't have been happier and the birthday girl said she wants to have her party there again next year!

I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for gymnastics and/or cheer training. My girls have been going to Blitz for 2 years and have learned so much. Ryley and the other coaches are great! They not only teach new skills, but also focus on the technicality of the skills. We have done gymnastics classes, open gyms, stunting and tumbling clinics, tumble camp, in-house cheer and now competition cheer. Every experience has been beneficial to their training.

My daughter first attended gymnastics classes 2 years ago here and then was on the in house cheer team last year! She improved so much and absolutely loved it!! We love our Blitz family! My daughter started in the end of 2020 with gymnastics and improved so fast that she is now working on her layouts in tumbling and tucks off bars and beam. Coach Ryley is amazing and has been the biggest inspiration for my daughter. She really pushes her and doesn’t let her doubt herself. My daughter is a dancer and wanting to work on her tumbling skills. Owners do not care about there customer base. I can guarantee the Kincaid household wouldn't go more than hours without having air condition but they expect parents to sit in a broken-down air condition small room with no ventilation. Then when I complain Shannon didn't even bother to come out and talk to me just told the Secretary to say sorry. As soon as you find out your air conditioner is broken and you're running a business like that charging the amount of money that you charge you go by fans you do whatever you have to do to make sure that your clientele is still going to be comfortable watching their children. Will be withdrawing after this month. Finally talked to the owner Shannon. Very rude and ignorant to how to run a business. Refused to give refund when asked saying I didn't have to stay and could have just left my 5yr old. Call was recorded and I'll send upon request just e mail me. Shows how they act towards there clients.
