Blueprint is my favorite place I have ever worked out! I have gotten in the best shape of my life after attending consistently. The class formats are always changing to keep you from getting bored, and really focus on strengthening and conditioning all different muscle groups! All of the instructors are fabulous at making you feel motivated and comfortable at your own fitness level. Everyone should try a Blueprint class and stay for the wonderful community.

Blueprint is amazing! The instructors are all kind and outgoing, making you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The classes are challenging and incorporate strength with weights/body weight as well as cardio. I love walking in, working hard for 50 min without having to think much and walking out ready to take on the day.
My boys have enjoyed their youth classes and private sessions with their hockey team. The instructors focus on proper form, agility and getting stronger so they can progress in their sports.

I have always worked out and have been members of many gyms. Completing a class at most of these places felt like a chore. This is the first gym I have been a member of where I throughly enjoy coming to work out and look forward to my next class. If you're looking for a gym that will make you feel faster & stronger in the most efficient way, Blueprint is the way to go! Brittany's classes are structured in a really smart way. She keeps you moving on to the next exercise and before you know it, the class is over. I didn't even have time to think about how much time we had left in our 50 minute session. Highly recommend trying it out, your first session is free anyways!

Blueprint Fitness is top notch! I have tried countless studios in different cities and I have yet to find anything quite like Blueprint. The workouts are always challenging yet attainable for all levels and the results speak for themselves. The owner, Brittany, and her team are warm, welcoming and they know how to push you past the level where you want to give up. No two workouts are ever the same, so I never burn out or get bored or complacent with the programs. The sense community is part what makes Blueprint so unique and special. No cliques, no judgement, just individuals all pushing to better ourselves both physically & mentally. Do not feel intimidated! I have been a member at Shed Fitness for 2 years now. I have been regularly exercising for about 25 years. I am one of the older Shed members. The workouts are perfect for me; lots of variety, and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. At 57 my mind sometimes thinks I can do things I did at 32, but my body tells me otherwise. The instructors take the time and effort to personalize workouts based upon my abilities, and coach me on proper form while still providing a challenging workout. This level of care and attention is not typical of most workout studios. Shed is simply a wonderful group of people and awesome fitness classes!

I have been a member of several gyms, and SHED is by far the best that I have been a part of. I started before I was pregnant, worked out throughout the entire pregnancy, and postpartum, and the trainers helped me to modify, and pushed me during these times! The classes push me everyday to challenge myself, especially since I have never been a person to enjoy running, and I have loved the progress that I have made since I started! Where do I even begin!! All the trainers are super nice and knowledgeable. Every class is fit for any level, so don’t feel intimidated. I personally love the 30-day membership, there are classes throughout the day to fit anyone schedule. Everyone in class motivates each other! It’s such a great an environment! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

I started SHED a couple months ago. I initially started because it was one of the few places that had a 5am class. I started with a 2 week trial and then bought more sessions because of how much I enjoy it. I've tried just about every class offered, and had several different instructors. Every class and instructor has been awesome. You can make adjustments as needed. There's no judgement, and there is a ton of support. I can't recommend SHED enough!

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about consistency. It's one those sneaky constructs that when lost can subtly cause severe problems. Consistency can mean any number of things and can be seen and experienced in any numbers of ways. Routines are important because there is so much in life that's out of our control and I think we can all agree that the last 3 years have been nothing less than chaotic. But Shed Fitness Columbus has been one of the few consistencies I've had. And for that, I am tremendously grateful. Brittany McCurdy has not only started a gym but she's created a community. One where within the consistency of coming to class, I consistently see a circulation of the same wonderful faces that truly care about me and all of their clients. This is an anchor for me and for many and I believe that's a big part of the survival as a business over the last 3 years. This is an OUTSTANDING accomplishment and a testament to EVERYONE that made Shed a CONSISTENT part of their lives. Congratulations Shed Fitness Columbus on 3 YEARS!!! WHY SHED Fitness? ... for me ... more than anything, it is the feel-good energy that populates the space (music rocking), it's game time baby after the class warm-up led by the instructor... with the tone being set ... SHED floor is clean and organized with all kinds of workout equipment that is going to tests your endurance and strength for the day... trainer then goes over what is about to happen ... and you wonder who thinks up these exercises?... all you know is your body is going to be pushed beyond what you would do on your own ... once you get into the workout, the motivation of fist pumps, elbow taps, and the shear energy that is fed off of one another ... you might be hurting, but the vibes are immaculate, and by the end ... everybody is radiating pure joy and sweat after completing the finisher. Oh yeah, you get in GREAT mobility shape to pursue any sports or activities that you enjoy without worrying about injury, because you are no weekend warrior, you trained for this.

Joining SHED Fitness was the best decision I made in my search for a gym. I was looking for a gym that provided structure and accountability. SHED surpassed my expectations more than you could ever know. I got to know the instructors and others taking the same classes who helped me push myself to achieve goals I never thought I could. They provided fun challenges every month, free outdoor classes in the Summer time, along with free educational opportunities i.e. learn about nutrition, proper foot wear, etc. They also offered fun hangouts at the Crooked Can for some Mimosas after a weekend workout. The list goes on but I’ll stop there because you’ll just have to see for yourself!!

Being at SHED since they opened, I have been postpartum x2 and worked out an entire pregnancy up to delivery. I never once felt uncomfortable or defeated having to modify my workouts. Every single person at SHED, especially the trainers, have always been the push I needed to keep going. To keep coming back, day after day, no matter what stage of my fitness journey I was on at that point. I would recommend to ANYONE, no matter your familiarity with group fitness! I can't say enough good things about Shed! From my very first class, the instructors called me by name and they all seem to know when to encourage me or push me or celebrate a faster pace or a heavier dumbbell. The format is so much fun! Like many others, I spent much of 2020 and 2021 working out by myself-- at home or socially distanced at a small gym. I lost a lot of motivation, never pushed myself, and was rarely consistent. Finding SHED was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time! I love the station format and the strength training focus. Through classpass I have experienced countless gyms in Columbus and none quite compare to Shed. Every single trainer is there to push you to be your best, while also creating an inclusive and comfortable environment to grow and develop new skills. The schedule is consistent enough that I know what to expect, but also different enough that I never get bored. There are endless ways to challenge yourself and also to modify to your needs just depending on what you need that day. I can honestly say I wouldn't be working out at least 3 times a week if it weren't for my love of shed!

Over the past 2 1/2 years, Shed has become my new home. After my collegiate track career was over, I struggled to find something to fill that void. I competed in powerlifting, did CrossFit for a few years, but truly never felt like I fit in. The members and trainers here have changed that and I couldn’t be more thankful for Shed. Shed is more than just a fitness studio, it’s a community and the best place to start my days. The instructors get to know you & push you past what you THINK is your limit. They encourage you to step out if your boundaries and cheer you on along the way. Everyday is a complete surprise so it keeps you interested. They also have monthly challenges and often fun events to sign up for. I went from dreading running, to running my first half marathon- thanks to the help and training at Shed.
I think it’s important to note that Shed has members of all ages and a great mix of men and woman. You’ll be surrounded by athletes as well as people new to fitness: everyone is welcome :)

I have been working out at SHED 2-3x a week for over a year and somehow I'm not bored, somehow my body is still changing for the better. This place is really a gem of a fitness studio - from the constantly changing workouts, new moves and programs to trainers who get to know you and push you at exactly the right time during your workout to an amazing group of individuals in the classes who respect and encourage one another - SHED is a special place and I'm SO glad it's part of my weekly routine in keeping me healthy.

Great workout and experience. The studio is always super clean and has an inviting atmosphere. Front Desk/Instructors greet you immediately upon entering and the instructors do a great job of setting you up for a solid workout, motivating you through the class. This studio is AMAZING! They have been open for a month since the coronavirus madness has calmed down. It feels so clean in the studio, they offer tips on the best way to clean their equipment and stay safe/healthy while still getting in a serious sweat. There are certain criteria that gyms need to embody for me to not only come back but to justify a monthly, ongoing membership. Those items include variations in workouts, consistent difficulty that push me to be better than I was the day before and a clean environment. SHED Fitness Columbus checks all these boxes and quite frankly, exceeds them. However, there is one additional quality that SHED has created and distinguishes it from any other place I have worked out in my 10+ years in Columbus. Community. I don’t join a new gym easily. I’ve belonged to 4 gyms in the Hilliard/UA/Grandview area over a span of 20 years. But recently I made the switch to SHED. I wasn’t sure I’d like the circuit style of training but I have never felt stronger. I’m trying things I never tried before like pull-ups (well maybe in HS gym class). I love that there is always some cardio - they mix it up on the rowers and the Woodway Curve treadmills are SO much better for my knees then a traditional treadmill. (And you can always modify.) The instructors are really motivating and actually pay attention to you and correct your form if needed. I drive about 8 minutes further for SHED then my last gym, which I was at first hesitant about, but it IS worth it! Every workout is different which just adds to the fun. With so many great choices in Columbus to workout, it can be overwhelming - but just try SHED. It will change you for the better!

LOVE these classes and trainers! Constantly switching up workouts and moves so you don’t get board and also have different challenges throughout the year to keep you motivated. Excited to be a part of their training program for the Cap City 1/2 Marathon as well. Trainers are INVITING (which is sometimes hard to find) and make a point to learn your name so you feel like you’re a part of the team. 10/10!

MAKE IT COUNT! This is what I think of when I think of Shed. Every minute of class is thought out in advance. All the trainers are super motivating and great at keeping you engaged. I enjoy that each class if different. Also, one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever been too. They are constantly wiping down equipment and mopping between classes. Come give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place!! I came thinking I would try just one class. But after that I decided to try one more... now SHED is a part of my workout routine. Every class is challenging and pushes me to limits I would never attempt on my own. The trainers are amazing and take the time to get to know you- it’s like a little family! I love everything about Shed-the people, the space, and the workouts are all amazing. The circuits are addicting, just when you think you couldn’t possibly continue, it’s time to move to the next station. If you are looking for a place with great people and a fantastic workout, this is where to go. I can’t say enough positive things about it. I love Shed workouts!! They’re tough, but the trainers change up each class so it keeps things unexpected. As someone who gets bored with classes easily, I can say I’ve been taking Shed classes for 7 months (in Nashville and Columbus) and I’ve never left feeling underwhelmed or like I didn’t want to come back. Always a tough hour but never mad that I took a Shed class!

I have completed several classes at this studio. I always enjoy their workouts; it is a great mix of cardio and strength training which focuses on specific muscle groups or full body. Each class is set-up to cycle through stations which allows you to challenge your body and prevents boredom. It is a very encouraging atmosphere and I always enjoy the people in my groups. Additionally, the studio is very clean. I see them cleaning floors, equipment, etc. at the end of each class. I would highly recommend SHED Fitness!

Shed is fantastic! I love the workouts. They are challenging, but you also have options to modify. They are always changing things to keep you on your toes. Shed staff is always prompt too. If I come for a 5am workout, the staff is prepped and ready to roll which is nice (not all gyms do this). I’d also like to say how cute and clean their space is! The owners even supply the best amenities in the bathrooms and showers for folks needing to get ready. I’m currently using Class Pass because I like the option of gym hopping, but I’ve found myself only going to Shed! Ha! Anyways, you won’t regret going. Check out the schedule because they give soooo many options which I love.

Shed is the bane of my existence, but I love every minute of it. It is an understatement to say these workouts are intense, but you will see and more importantly feel results. The trainers are amazing, energetic, and knowledgeable. They will coach you and push you until you are a better version of yourself. 100% recommend this gym to anyone! I’ve been doing group fitness classes for many years, but I’ve already seen a difference and change in myself after just 2 months of working out at Shed. Classes are always different and can be modified to any level for a challenging workout. Just purchased my second month of membership. I would have told you two months ago that I loved my personal, independent morning workouts but I have came to just about every 5am class over and over and look forward to the different challenges they set up for us each day. The energy in the room is contagious: we laugh, sweat and encourage each other. The instructions will call you out by name and cheer you on, or push you to your next goal!
They also do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and organized which makes the workout even more enjoyable:)
