Boardman Fit Body Boot Camp is home of the Afterburn workouts - a group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes.
Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.

I have found a new family in FBBC Boardman! There is so much positively as soon as you walk in the door! I started in December 2022. Personally, I needed someone who would push me and make me stay accountable. . . well I found it! The coaches are the best (Rhonda, Chrissy, Joe & Ally)! The members you meet alone during one class become friends and keep you laughing and going! The exercises challenge you and changes per week (cardio being my fave, bring on the punching bags)! I'm truly happy to have found a gym I can be myself!

Still highly recommend my gym! I'm stronger as a person both physically & mentally! I have had the opportunity to make so many friendships and be more involved with other gym members and interacting with them outside of Fitbody (sprint triathlon, kayaking, biking, doing races). The coaches encourage us and show up to cheer us on and they get involved too! They are knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition! Best gym ever!

If you’re on the fence between loving working out and absolutely hating it, go here! It’s such a positive environment and atmosphere, and everyone is so encouraging. There’s always fun activities and extras so you don’t feel like you’re just exercising but having a good time, too!

Another month in the books at Boardman Fit Body Boot Camp and I feel healthier and stronger than I ever have. Not only does Rhonda and her coaches push you to be your best, they take time out of training to help you individually with any exercises or activities you struggle with. I have never had good balance, I’m clumsier than anyone! But not only has my core gotten stronger, my balance has never been this good. And that’s thanks to the coaches teaching me correct ways to perform exercises to strengthen the muscles needed for balance. Their guidance is unmeasurable.

Rhonda & Fit Body Bootcamp Family is life-changing! I have been battling a disorder that causes extreme fatigue. I was stressed from work, tired, depressed, and didn’t see any hope of things changing. Being healthy seemed impossible.
At FBBC, we are women & men of all ages, shapes, life stages and fitness levels, coming together for 30 minutes of intense fun. They focus on form and working at your own pace.

I honestly can’t say enough great things. All of the coaches are so encouraging. You can take things at your pace without feeling rushed or judged. The facility is clean and welcoming. FBBC is an incredible gym where the workouts are fun, challenging and the coaches work with you to ensure that you are pushing yourself to see results. The gym is clean and all of the workout equipment is sanitized after every session. I have never pushed myself in workout sessions like I do at FBBC. The coaches also help you with nutrition and provide meal plans for each individual person. I have never been excited to workout but now it has become a daily routine. If you’re wanting to work hard, see results, build relationships & overall feel healthy, this is the gym to join!

FBBC is hands down the best gym I have ever joined. The owner, Rhonda, and her staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable, and they get to know all members individually. The workouts change daily and are consistently challenging, with an emphasis on full-body fitness and steady progress, not quick fixes. The nutritional guidance focuses on forming good habits and making healthy choices for the long-term, not eliminating food groups or pretending exercise alone is enough. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting stronger and healthy and wants to do it in a fun, supportive environment.

I have been going for 2 months now and have lost some and alot more to go. But Rhonda and Chrissy are more then coaches they are friends for live!!! The 515am girls have become my inspiration and encouraging but most of all friends.. I do have to go other times in the day and everyone is so encouraging.
