Heather is: the most supportive, energetic, friendly, friendly, funny trainer I ever could have expected hiring a random trainer on google. She's now a friend and a trainer. One of the best choices I've made. She helped me with exercising, nutrition, social issues, anything I was dealing with that we could address in the gym.
Heather worked with me when I was in my best shape and running 30 miles a week and benching more than my body weight to when I was injured and could barely get off the couch and to the gym.
If you come willing to put the work in to be healthy and happy Heather will help you.

I have been working with Heather twice a week for several months. I had a hip injury almost a year ago which has really reduced my mobility. Heather has been really careful about all my limitations but still has helped me to get stronger and reduce the pain in my hip. She clearly has a plan for my session every time I go. not always helpful and a workout great place to tone up always energized!!! Wasn't treated as good as i should've been...only human...They're snooty and have their nose up in the air...I can experience my own exercise without all condescending attitudes and save money!! cha ching

I have been one of her client's and now good friend for nearly a year now. She made it a "Life Changing Moment" Meeting Heather and having her become part of my healthier life style.
