Over the past two years, I’ve trained with Conner, Joel, and Gavin in both one-on-one sessions and small-group training designed for women over 50. Connor was my one on one personal trainer for a year at a previous facility. And I still use a lot of the innovative moves and exercises he taught me during that time. My son is a high school athlete and trains with Conner and his associates at his new facility. He has trained professional athletes, college athletes, High school kids etc. They are top-notch they know exactly what they're doing. I trust my young athlete to Body By Barber. Can't recommend them enough. Awesome people and great trainers.

Can’t rave enough about the level of expertise and care that Coach Barber and his coaching staff put into these athletes. The professionalism, attention to detail and time they spend going above and beyond in not only training and educating my athlete but helping him prevent and also recover from injuries both in and out of season. Connor has been training my son since HS. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of training. My son had different sports related injuries along the way and Connor was very knowledgeable on how to handle them. His commitment and dedication to our son from HS to college has prepared him to succeed as a D2 college athlete. He goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend Connor!

Our experience with every trainer at Body By Barber has been nothing short of outstanding. The trainers are dedicated and engaged, while also investing an incredible amount of time and effort into each client. They have worked with our three sons, who range in age, making sure their training fits their specific needs, skill levels, and goals.

One of the standout aspects of training is the focus on education. The trainers don’t just tell clients what to do—they explain the “why” behind every movement, routine, and process. This has helped develop a deeper understanding of their training, leading to better performance and injury prevention. This has also helped to create habits that hopefully they will continue throughout their lifetime.

Connor was able to work alongside a physical therapist to aid in recovery when our son was making his way back from an injury. This collaboration resulted in him returning sooner than expected and stronger than before.

Gavin, at Body By Barber, goes beyond just workouts—he provides guidance on nutrition, ensuring that our boys make informed dietary choices that meet with their fitness goals. The commitment to overall health and performance has made a huge impact on lifestyle choices.

Joel is a positive influence not only during training sessions but also beyond. He shows up to support his clients beyond their training. He doesn’t just teach and motivate in isolation but rather wants to make sure they are transferring their skills to game situations.
