Body Intuit is a beautiful Pilates studio located in the heart of Worthington, Ohio. We offer private and semi-private Pilates equipment training, small group Pilates equipment classes and group mat classes including Barre, Yoga, and Mat Pilates.
All of our classes are unique to Body Intuit and have been thoughtfully designed to safely build core strength, balance, joint stability, coordination, better posture, flexibility, and deepen the connection with your intuitive body.
Our mission is to serve our community with the highest quality instruction while promoting an overall sense of grace and strength in the body and mind.

I had scheduled a 9.30 am class, I reached there at 9.20, rang the bell, called the studio but no one answered. The studio was closed without any notice. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been doing yoga for about a month with Eileen and she is fantastic. Her class flows so well that even me (I can’t touch my toes) is able to keep up with the more advance people in the class :)

Sincere and intentional space with kind, caring and quality instructors. From challenging yoga and mat Pilates to energizing barre and relaxing rolling, the studio has something for everyone at every level. I highly recommend Sunday’s mat class, as it beautifully blends key elements from yoga, mat Pilates and rolling. Anna and her team are lovely humans—good energy and vibes radiant all around. Happy to have discovered such a warm, inviting and safe place to connect and practice.

This place is really wonderful. Anna does a great job keeping the space super clean and peaceful energetically. It's a beautiful studio and the classes are really challenging but also accessible and I've already seen & felt a lot of changes in my body. Body Intuit is now my favorite place to workout. Anna has put her heart into the studio and it shows! When I take her classes I feel challenged but also accepted, “come as you are” vibe, she gives variations depending on where your body is at. Also I love that she’s close and involved with the other instructors, it shows that everyone is giving their best. Couldn’t say better things!

Came to do pilates after one session with my daughter in Chicago. Anna was wonderful working with me in 3 private sessions to learn my body, my goals, and how she could help me with Pilates to achieve those. Wonderful calming experience with highly qualified owner, artist, and instructor that can work with the limitations of my particular body while transforming it as well. Highly recommend to anyone as an adjunct to what they are already doing for exercise. You won't ever leave saying you should not have done that and it might become your staple. :)

My initial visit to this studio was for a complimentary class that was offered for Yelp Elites. I had a great first session, and have become a member. I truly love the Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes instructed by Anna, and others. They are offered both during the day and evening. I also attend Anna's morning classes on weekends. She offers virtual options as well.
I have met other Yelpers, too, which is cool, and the studio is only a short drive for me, with lots of parking.
It is a beautiful space. She has a room for the group classes, and provides all equipment needed (mats, blocks, bands, rollers, etc). The front room holds two Pilates reformer machines, as well as other equipment needed for the private and semi-private classes.
It is easy to book (or cancel within 6 hours) on the website. All the instructors are very easy-going and lead productive classes. I feel like I am on my way to being more flexible and stronger if I stick with it!

You won't find a more beautiful and inviting place then this studio! Anna offers a number of options including mat and private Pilates, Yoga and Barre. Be prepared for a great workout with attention given to anyone new to the classes to help you learn proper poses and exercises.
There are awesome packages available. I look forward to continuing to work on my mind, body and soul here!

Love Body Intuit! I’ve been doing virtual Pilates classes with the owner, Anna, for years! I love the strength they give me, while being very mindful of my posture and previous injuries.
We are so lucky to have someone so experienced teaching in Worthington.
I got to take her barre Intuit class and really appreciated her attention to form, slow controlled movement, and how much it strengthened my legs and feet.
The space is nice and inviting and even has its own parking lot. I can’t wait to go back!

I got my butt kicked.
I was so excited to visit this new space and meet Anna! I can confirm that I got my burn in with the pilates class I took.
Plenty of parking out front and a very beautiful, nice, and welcoming studio. Very calm and warm when you walk in.
Anna is so nice and she really cares about your well-being. She made sure to explain to me how to fix my form, my posture, etc. I booked the pilates class and I felt every minute of the workout. Anna was super mindful about our tolerance and endurance, she asked questions to get to know us more, and she made sure to show us how to modify certain positions and stances to fit our tolerance and bodies.
I would happily take another class in the near future.
Loved my class and am waiting for thesoreness to kick in. Thank you Anna!
