We are a Personal Training Studio committed to the health and well being of mind, body and spirit. Through innovative fitness and lifestyle programs we inspire and support clients to enhance the quality of their lives and reach their personal fitness goals.
Body Reflections Fitness provides a positive welcoming environment for all fitness levels. We have over 25 years of experience which makes us an expert in helping clients to meet their goals whether that be training for an upcoming event, recovering from an injury or simple living a healthier life style.
We have full shower facilities and towel service so training before work or an event is possible.

Awesome gym! The owner Debbie is a certified trainer. She customizes individual workouts and offers boot camps where she gives different exercise options based on skill/ fitness level and makes accommodations for physical issues.

Debbie is the BEST trainer ever! Her online Bootcamp is tough but she gives you modifications to avoid injuries. She is very upbeat and makes you feel like the class is personalized to you. She is always positive and encouraging so that you get a great workout every class!! She makes it fun and tough at the same time💪😁

Debbie has been my personal trainer for over 20 years. Through the years I’ve had issues with my knees, shoulder and back. Each time she would incorporate exercises to help strengthen those particular problems. Debbie is very knowledgeable and cares about how each person benefits from her workout whether it’s for weight loss, strength training or rehabilitation for an injury.... she’s the BEST in town!!

Debbie is an AMAZING trainer!!!
She meets you where you are and formulates a plan to get you where you want to go. She puts a lot of time and effort into her clients and the results show it!
One thing I really like about Debbie is that she makes you laugh while working out. You don't find that often. She makes it fun and interesting. Debbie also makes you work for it and pushes you to strive and attain your goals.
She is a wonderful trainer and a beautiful human being, I will continue to train with her for life.

When I first started with Deb almost 11 years ago, the only exercise I did was running. At the time I thought that was enough, and had no interest in doing anything else. Then I decided to rehab my shoulder which was weak from a previous injury, and was given her contact information. Upon meeting and talking with her, I was sold! I was impressed with her enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism. Not only has she helped me with my shoulder but she has shown me the importance of strength training in preventing injuries and improving functional fitness. Her workouts are tailored to the specific needs, fitness level and fitness goals of the client. Exercises are varied, creative and challenging. One is never bored during a session with Deb! She is also very flexible and accommodating with her schedule, and so generous with her time. Deb makes working out enjoyable and rewarding. Training under her has improved my quality of life. I am so grateful to have her as my trainer and as my dear friend who continues to support, encourage and motivate me.

I started with Debbie just before turning 40. I had the goal to be stronger and functionally fit. After three years, my husband has joined me and we marvel at how much easier things are and all that we can do with a strong body. Debbie focuses on what you want and also knows what you need. You can trust her to design the right workout for your goals and your weaknesses or injuries. I feel so confident after my sessions with her!

I have been a client at Body Reflections fitness going on 8 years. I started with her on Sunday Bootcamp once a week and quickly wanted more of her personal training. I go 3 to 4 times a week and love the variations she puts together for me. Always an intense and demanding training sessions(which is what I asked for) everyday I go! Debbie really listens to my needs and has also helped me with rehab of my tennis elbow and lower back issues when it has flared up. I have transformed my body with her guidance and learned so much from her! I encourage anyone to come and try her gym out! You will not be disappointed!

Personalized and positive personal training... and so much more :) My daughters and I have been working out with Debbie for several years and love every ("pleasantly fatiguing"!) minute of our sessions. Debbie personalizes each workout to our needs, meeting us where we are, and challenging us to move forward from there. I have been working out at Body Reflections for 12 years and because of that I am able to be an active 64 year old. One thing I really like about working out with Debbie is that she is smart, she knows the human body really well, how the bones and muscles work, I always understand what exercise I am doing and why. And honestly, it is always fun, great vibe in the gym!

I have been with Body Reflections for many years. Started doing bootcamp once a week. That was challenging at the beginning until my body learned and adapted. Once I felt that is was getting to a plateau I started going to Body Reflections twice a week for personal training sessions! I loved it, Deb knows exactly what she is doing. She prepares the sessions based on your abilities and modifies the exercises when you have an injury. I even did rehab exercises for my leg with her when my IT band or my knees hurt. I saw improvements on my body weight and dimensions. I asked for more definition ... and she responded. She turn it up a notch. I started going three times a week to dedicate time to arms, legs and core. I love my time at the gym with Deb. I use this time as “me” time, time to de-stress and time to build muscles and self esteem! I had the goal to look the best I ever been by my 50s and I accomplished that. I couldn’t have done it without Deb. I continue going 3X a week plus bootcamp in Sunday. I am a customer for life! I have tried other things and I am a number in the class where the instructor wants everybody to do the same and either I am not 20s any more or I can’t, for whatever the reason is, they never take the time to understand you and do something for you. Here Deb will!
