Established in the heart of the Euclid Community, Body Rocks has become a premier location for health and wellness while embracing a diverse clientele. Uniquely combining dance and fitness, our studio provides means of fitness in a fun and exciting atmosphere with programs for adults and children.
Our motto “I AM DANCE FITNESS”, embodies the core and culture of Body Rocks…..DANCE. Combining a fun past time of dance and incorporating human movement to music has not only been proven to significantly help in weight loss and overall fitness, but also proven to be an enjoyable experience, increasing the probability of commitment to the routine.
