It's part of a fitness center, so there's a health bar up front for your pre and post work out snack and drink. I'm not usually one for gyms, but Bodyworks has a great atmosphere! I recommend it to anyone who struggles with gym anxiety or similar. Cardio machines are always open, and the equipment is usually pretty open too. 24-hour access is really nice because of my work schedule, and the facility is always clean.

Great space to be ! Very spacious and very friendly staff, I'd rather be here than anywhere else to work out I really like coming here because it's a very judgement free zone and everyone is very nice and helpful !

I did not use the main gym area but it looked nice,had everything you need to pump iron and I have friend that is a personal trainer for Body Works. I did train upstairs at GRITT MMA which is part of Body works gym. This place has it all covered if you are looking to get into fitness and a healthier lifestyle.

Decent place not a bad price for a year membership only thing I wish is that they had more weight machines or at least some updated ones, when I first went to this gym they only had 3 45 lb weights total in the whole gym, they have more now, they have plenty of room to expand the weight room get some new machines and update it a bit

I have not been in a gym in years. I have always been embarrassed and feel like everyone is staring. I never once felt that way today at Bodyworks! I had a one hour session and truly enjoyed the workout. Very clean facility, lots of smiles and friendly faces and very laid back environment. I never once felt like I was being judged. Best part is they have 24 hour access! I definitely reccomend going if you haven't yet!!
