About the Club

Our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.

Every Fit Body Boot Camp session is led by a certified coach to ensure that you get the best workout, most fat burn while keeping you safe and injury free!

When I started the three week trial, I doubted that I would continue. The workouts were tough and I had a hard time justifying the weekly expense. However, it is SO worth it! The coaches and members are encouraging and the workouts are engaging. I feel much stronger physically and mentally, I’ve lost weight, and I’ve gained confidence. I now see it as an investment in future me.

I’ve been going to FBBC BG since they opened and haven’t stopped. It’s the only gym I’m stayed dedicated too in the last several years. Class sizes are great with a lot of time options.

Classes are only 30 minutes which make it easier to want to come back every day. The coaches push me to work harder than I ever would on my own. Very happy to have this close to home in BG!

I love to workout here. I used to believe that nothing would get me to workout at 6am but here I am doing it usually three times/week. It gives me energy and I feel so good after just 30 minutes, lots of new muscle! The trainers are amazing and will provide you any modification you might need. Scheduling the workouts on the app helps keep you accountable and like making an appointment you have to keep!

The facility and coaches at Fit Body Boot Camp in BG are awesome. The workouts are 30 min. and the coaches are great about helping adapt exercises for different fitness levels and physical limitations. The workouts are as challenging as you make them and the coaches encourage you to do your best and work your hardest. I came into this journey totally out of shape and with some physical limitations. Everyone has been great helping me adapt exercises when needed and everyone is friendly from the coaches to other participants. This is the start of my 4th week and I am making progress towards improving my health just by going to the classes and doing my personal best. I have started many fitness memberships in the past and then stopped going, but here they know your name, encourage you, and I generally feel more accountable to Taylor and her team, which keeps me going and moving forward. It’s hard work, but it is going to be so rewarding and one day I will be able to do these workouts better than I can today and keep improving.

This Fit Body Boot Camp is challenging, rewarding, upbeat, and encouraging. The coaches are great at offering modified exercise for any restrictions or comfort level. I actually look forward to going to my classes. In just a few weeks I noticed I have more energy, endurance, strength, mental focus and best off all inches coming off. Would definitely recommend!

So thankful that FIT BODY BOOTCAMP is in Bowling Green. Great 30 minute high intensity workouts, awesome and fun coaches, no matter what your fitness level is there is always a modification. If you’re looking for a total body workout in 30 mins that will really kick you in the behind and get you sweating then look no further! Taylor Rose is fierce don’t be fooled by her small stature she’s tough as nails but also super sweet and so helpful making sure each exercise can be adapted to work with any medical issues or disabilities you might you have. Ryan is your emotional support guy with the big high fives and smiles and then you have the drill instructor Jakob who will make sure you never quit until you get the job finished! This isn’t just your normal average boring gym it’s a family supporting each other every workout. Come check it out sometime and give it a go you have nothing to lose but everything to gain 💪🏻💪🏻🤛🏻🙌🏻👏🏻

Love, love. I have been looking for something different. It’s great only being 30 minutes long and with a great workout. Taylor is very nice, knowledgeable and personable. Facility is brand new and kept very clean. I have been to 7 sessions and they have all been different.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!! I have never felt so welcomed to a exercise class in my life and i have been to many. Never finding a gym/class that fits my life, but here it is. I couldn't be happier. Everyone fits in no matter age, gender, fitness level. There is no judgment. The instructors are vested in your workout and push you harder than you think is possible. The best thing about the classes is that it is 30min. long. :)
