My son is 6 and had his first boxing experience today and I didn’t know how he would like it, but he said he wanted to continue coming back. Coach Ivan made the experience seem fun, but also informative and effective at the same time. My son learned a lot today and picked up on things quicker than I expected because of Ivan’s patience with the kids and his ability to turn some of the training into “games” in order to keep them engaged in the training. Ivan is really great with the kids. My son has problems when it comes to paying attention, but the way he listens to Ivan is incredible. We’ve only done two classes. After the first class I was thinking umm i don’t know if this is going to work out, by the second class my son was really enjoying himself. Now everyday he’s asking mom are we going to boxing today. Ivan is amazing! I have one son that is pretty shy about trying new things and he really looks forward to going every week and learning, even practices when he gets home. My middle son is like a natural with it and really gets into it. My youngest son struggles with being bullied because he’s so small and because of his hair. Ivan is probably one of the most remarkable trainers I’ve ever met. I’m raising two of my grandchildren for the past eight years and in today’s society, I feel that protection is very important how to protect yourself, but his classes are more than that. Beyond grateful to have found this place. My son who has always been more of an introvert and not willing to try sports- took 1 of coach Ivan's classes and was sold instantly. Coach Ivan knows how to direct and demand attention all while making it fun and mostly not to intimidating for a shy or self conscious child- which is huge. We were looking for a boxing place to help my daughter learn self defense & get some exercise as well. Found this place on the internet & seen that it's for adults & kids so we decided to give it a try. She was nervous at first but got excited after she tried it out & said she wants to go back. Coach Levi is the best. I have the insanity workout program and his classes are on par for cardio while learning a skill. I am attending the class with my 8 yr old son and he adjust how he works with him and I at the same time so that both of us can learn at our own pace and level. This is a great boxing gym for kids and families. The coaches take the sport very seriously, but still make it fun and easy enough for kids to learn. The coaches teach excellent fundamentals and basics of boxing, not many boxing gyms do that, especially for really young children. I was very impressed with how organized and structured it is. Children have to meet requirements in order to level up and spar. That is an incredible safety feature this gym has to offer, again very few gyms are designed like this, so if you are a parent that is worried about safety, this is way safer than football and any other contact sport. This gym is set up very well for kids to learn one of the greatest sports to help improve discipline and confidence. My son loves it. Thank you, Ivan and thank you to all the coaches!

My son was very skeptical of learning how to box but after his first lesson he was begging me to schedule his next session as a parent I was happy to see him enjoying hisself and the coach really made it enjoyable with games and contests I will definitely be sharing with my friends. I have been searching for a boxing coach for my 7 year old for a long time. His page came up on my IG and I wanted to try it out. I really enjoyed my experience and was surprised at how quickly I was able to learn the fundamentals and different techniques seeing as this was our first time ever throwing on boxing gloves.
