About the Club

Our studio offers group personal training and private sessions for pilates and yoga. Whether you are ultra-fit, moderately-fit, or want-to-get fit, we believe that pilates and yoga are for everyone, and our exceptionally well-trained instructors will design a personal fitness program that meets your fitness goals, your personal needs, and your budget. With consistent practice, pilates and yoga can change how your body looks, feels, and functions. Our clients come from all age groups and fitness levels. We also have Fomostar Infrared Body Wraps, Turbosonic Whole Body Vibration Therapy and Ionic Cleansing Detoxificaton Foot Bath available.

I found Sarah when I was looking for someone to work with me during my pregnancy. She turned out to be everything I was looking for plus more:) Sarah is so knowledgeable and gave me the best advice to help me have the healthiest pregnancy and a peaceful, unmedicated birth. I have a history of back problems so I was terrified of hurting it worse during labor, Sarah worked with me thru all all my pregnancy stages to make me stronger and help me get ready for birth. I had a beautiful birth and I attribute a lot of it to Sarah’s coaching. From Pilates, to helping me mediate those few moments after class, and even just as simple her advice of baking something while in labor to help keep my mind off of it, we’re all the things that got me through it! I am grateful to have found her!

I love attending Megan’s Pilates class!
I’ve been attending her class for a little over a year now and her workouts are great for anyone from beginner to advanced.
Pilates is a terrific full body/strength building workout and Megan’s classes are always in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. Her knowledge and experience is evident in her attention to proper form/alignment and the variety of equipment used during class. I highly recommend taking her class!

I started Pilates with Sarah at Breath of Vitality while I was pregnant and throughout my pregnancy, up to a week before I was due. Sarah is an amazing instructor and person who is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive. She tailored everything throughout my pregnancy, constantly changing things as I progressed so I could still safety exercise and learn ways to help my body during pregnancy and labor. I would highly recommend Breath of Vitality and Sarah, especially for pregnancy and postpartum.

I too have been taking Reformer Pilates for over 10 yrs & love it. I can highly recommend Sarah as a teacher. Taking a class with her gives you the benefit of her many years of experience with top instructors both here in the US & abroad. She tailors her classes for each person specifically from beginners to more advanced. Plus her classes are joyful & just so much fun! Want to get stronger & actually enjoy exercising? Sarah has been my instructor and she is perceptive, creative, understands correct posture and especially how to engage the muscles properly. She has helped me more than trainers or PT personnel in past experiences. I have RA, with a sore lower back, and I always feel relief after her class. Highly recommend!

This studio is so knowledgeable of the Pilates practice and has classes for every level. They also offer private sessions if you prefer one-on-one training as opposed to the group setting. Even in the group setting it feels like you have the instructors undivided attention. I cannot say enough about how great this studio is. From the instructors to the beautiful space and equipment, you will NOT be disappointed.

Breath Of Vitality is a very beautiful studio with lots of different types of equipment. They have extremely friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable Instructors. Great atmosphere because you're in a small group getting lots of individual instruction and it's not at all like a crowded and noisy gym.

If you are contemplating trying something new, starting a healthier life style, or simply making more time for "YOU", I encourage you to try Breath of Vitality! Pam is a very fun, & compassionate teacher! Don't mistake those qualities for "soft", because her instruction in class, will kick your butt into shape! Give it a try! You won't regret it!
