Once again so happy with my Bridge Built order. I had a custom rack made and they definitely delivered! They answered all of my questions & had great suggestions. This was an upgrade so now my Phoenix rack, which I still LOVE, will become my rack for outside workouts or to use to create multiple stations. In the interim time, it folds so compactly that it’s easy to store.

I did have to add a few layers of UMHW in order to make it fit my Rep rack and custom paint it, but it was worth the wait. Being able to center my bar after loading, and then locking it into place by rolling it forward is brilliant!

I ordered a 7ft Phoenix rack in BRIDGE bronze, and so far, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The craftsmanship of the rack is exceptional. It's built like a tank, and I can't imagine I could load enough weight to where I would second guess the stability of the equipment. Assembly is very straightforward, with a video to aid your efforts. 10/10 would recommend this equipment to any lifter, from novice to pro.

Overall, I am also pleased with the customer service I received from Bridge Built. If you purchase from them and are the type to anxiously await your order, I would recommend establishing a line of communication with customer service early on. Their website lists the potential wait/lead time on products, and I would expect all customized orders to take the max time as my experience was. Keep in mind this is a smaller company with a growing demand for their product, so the responsibility of order tracking/updates may fall equally on both consumer and BB.

Two things I have always hated about specialty bars is trying to store them and taking them out of traditional bar holders. The BridgeBuilt Barbell Stable has changed that. With this product we are able to store more specialty bars than before, and they are easy to get in and out as well. The product is well built and looks great!

We ordered a dip attachment for our phoenix rack in the first week of October 2023. We were told 6 weeks to delivery originally, putting us mid November. After thanksgiving I emailed them and asked for an update, they stated December for the delivery. I have now sent an email multiple times in 2024 as I still don’t have the product I paid for. This is absolutely unacceptable, I would not recommend this company in the future.

It came today, can't believe what a wonderful product you guys built. It's literally insane and nothing like it on the planet!

In commercial gym they had racks with metal no protective plastic so bar easily was adjusted but also all bars lost their knurling. Home gyms all have protection of expensive barbells but you can't slide the bar a mm and constantly have to lift with bar off center. It's annoyed the hell out of me every single time.

You solved this problem, looks like ART, performs like a one of a kind $20 million Ferarri and will make lifting a joy and came same week. Insane customer support as well.

My custom Phoenix Squat Rack is not only a "BEAST" and BUILT like a Mack Truck, but it's made entirely here in the USA as well! That's definitely a win-win in my book! This phenomenal custom rack is the "lifeblood" of my basement gym along with becoming my prized possession amongst every other piece of training equipment I own! Pat & Bridge are awesome. They say buy once, only cry once when you buy quality. Well those tears will be tears of joy when you see and use your bridge rack forever!

Situation: wanted to move towards barbells after having success with heavy dumbell & hiit work. Only option was a garage gym with TIGHT ceilings and narrow width. 10’ wide, 10’ length and 7’ height. Wanted a safe and effective barbell set up in that footprint and also allow floor/HIIT work. Yes, impossible sounding task.

Problem: Squat stands arent safe + no pull ups or dips, wall mounted racks were too tall or lacked safety performance (i lift alone)

Solution: bridge phx rack + cast iron plates + rogue c70s bar + rubber floor tiles + bridge phx bench

What I like:
- sturdy build which meets all advertised specs
- quality powder and gloss coatings which are almost perfectly done
- color options are unique
- when folded, footprint is nill and bench is especially easy to store
- j cups don’t scratch bar
- safety straps are well build and strong (should also consider selling a suspension strap option)
- plenty of room inside rack for barbell and bodyweight work
- width fits all standard width power bars like c70s (which is shorter in overall length and made my home gym possible)
- innovative pull-up bar which has so many grip options (normal grip, fat grip, neutral wide, neutral close, neutral medium [one hand wide & one close])
- sturdy bench that folds flat and stores easily
- wheels for bench and rack make maneuvering easy
- easy to attach dip station which you just need to set up *inside* the phx rack and ends up being really sturdy that way
- Pat and team are always willing to talk, troubleshoot and back their products up with quality support / service / warranty. Bridge has innovative, quality minded approach and treats people well.
- i am confident Bridge will support my ability to upgrade to a taller rack and color match my selected coat colors in the future (also the ability to add a pulley system one day is mind blowing)
- worth the wait, even if it was still long which it isnt anymore, and you get the value from bridge that you pay for
- hand written notes & bridge stickers for my kiddo

What i am happy to live with:
- the power rack (as opposed to the squat rack) is a quite heavy to fold up. Then again, if it was too light and flimsy so this is probably unavoidable. Folding is doable with one person but its way faster with two. If i needed to fold it weekly i would opt for squat rack instead of power rack. My bro in law has the squat rack and its beefy and safe and any of us can fold it like nothing.
- not enough set up guidance although its not that hard to set up if you are handy
- requires large wrenches to set up
- slow lead times but this was more than a year ago (my bro in law got his in march 2023 in just a handful of weeks)
- would like dip station to have more narrow width for smaller frames like my wife

Program: 6 months on starting strength / 5x5s style routine (and eating + resting program <- consistent workout is at most half the battle). Gained muscle and bodyweight for first time ever. Highly recommend

I am very happy and the quality is so obvious that my sister and brother in law bought one within months of trying my rack and seeing the results

Bridge built in by far the highest quality (imo like or better than the top name brands in the industry) and their attention to detail with the products, services and personal connection is top tier.

I bought the Phoenix rack over a year ago for building my first garage gym. I've been a repeat customer for additional rack equipment due to the fact it's quality and durability is high. The only problem I've ever had was the lead times are a bit long for arrival of your equipment but that's due to the high attention to detail and quality of their products to be perfect for your arrival day.

Rack ordered 9/2021 and finally delivered 12/2022 after multiple promises not fulfilled and me having to ask for a refund to finally get it. 15 months. Lead time per invoice 6-8 weeks but Bridge Built said they would be in my city so they would deliver. Thus I gave grace after grace after re-schedule after re-schedule. Never came. After asking for a refund they shipped it.

I typically would not write a review but I ended up hearing multiple experiences like this have happened from other home gym owners. I just wanted to call awareness that this may happen to you.

Patryk and company are great patriots and they make an AMAZING product. I pray they crush it in the business but after hearing multiple users experienced this, I wanted to share mine.

Look - it's a risk probably worth taking. I can safely say you won't get more attention to detail or love from Patryk and gang. I just want to be clear on what happened because to some that may be 15 months without gym equipment. Life is a little too short for that.

Business to avoid at all costs, at least if you want to avoid to go to court for sports equipment.

We ordered a custom turf for our gym facility and it is beautiful! The installers worked to make this a great fit into the existing rubber flooring and their follow up on longevity of the install is amazing. It is a real show stopper when you walk into our facility from any of the entrances to our building. It is used all day, every day, by our fitness clients, kids classes, physical therapy clients, etc for all sorts of movement and exercise.

I am extremely pleased with my Phoenix squat rack! While unboxing and assembling the rack I appreciated the feel of the steel, the clean laser cuts, and the quality of the coating material. The rack was easy for me to assemble and is sturdy. I also ordered the pull up bar at the same time as the rack to have an additional cross support at the top for extra security and usability. I really like the design of the pull up bar as it hugs the rack with welded steel and a hitch pin and doesn’t need tools to put on and take off. The spotter arms have the same top quality finish as the rack, and they are rock solid. They also have the same nice clear coat protective surface as the J hooks. Another big plus for me was that the rack has enough room to allow for my bench to be inclined and fit comfortably while still racking on the J hooks. The rubber feet and basic wheel kit are great as well. I’m glad I ordered them with the rack as it is easier to install them during initial assembly. I am also happy with how easy It is for me to fold the rack up if I need to free up the space quickly!

Having great equipment is only half of it. I am equally impressed with Bridge Built’s customer service. I ordered the rack during a known supply chain issue and as a result the ship times were longer than anyone wanted. I appreciated that this was communicated at the time of my order. When I reached out to receive an update on my order, I received an almost instant reply. In fact, Patryck was also prompt and positive to interact with even before placing my order.

I am insanely glad I went with Bridge Built! The equipment is second to none and the customer service is great!

I currently own a squat track, J cups, and the pull-up attachment and have truly enjoyed the craftsmanship on these materials. It was easy to put together and is as sturdy as could be. I also recently ordered the landmine attachment and the dip bar. There was a mix up on my end with the order initially so I called and spoke with Patryk over the phone. He updated my order details while I was on the phone with him and got me squared away. Just keep in mind that there are supply chain issues still that we all have to deal with. It's worth the wait.

It’s been about a year since I purchased my Phoenix Rack from Bridge Built. It was easy to put together, stable as a rock, and high quality.

Since then I have additionally purchased the pull-up bar add-on, and band pegs.

While I was initially frustrated at delays longer than expected over shipping, this was in the middle of lockdown and all fitness equipment manufacturers everywhere were experiencing difficulties.
