I’ve been training with Brooke for about two years now, and I truly mean this—this gym is meant for everyone. From postpartum to now, she has met me in every phase of life. My child is welcome to play in the kids’ center while I train (which is insanely convenient). I used to walk into workouts with a nervous feeling, but here it feels like home.

Since I been going to BK Fitness and using some of the equipment I find that I can walk better, I do not have the pain in my hip as I once did and I have lost some weight as well.. love the variety and the ability to use the sauna and some of the equipment . now a new bike is available as well ! :) . Brooke is so knowledgeable and makes your program fit your lifestyle WITH challenges. I’ve struggled with losing weight my entire life and she nailed my routine down, now I have lost 17 pounds. You can focus on recovery as well which is a huge plus with her sauna and cold plunge services. I’ve also met so many amazing people here and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else.

Bk fitness is amazing! I have been going there for about 2 months. I am 71 years old and have arthritis. Karrie is great and has taught me how to strength my body so that I can ride 5 take english riding lessons

Also the protein salads are great and so are the protein bars.

I feel great and I am doing things that I could not do before

Brooke’s new fitness center is fantastic! Lots of new equipment, a high tech golf simulator, cold plunge, infrared sauna, bathroom with a shower, lockers and a changing area, and a new Membership option. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience working out in her center either one-on-one or with the equipment on their own. I highly recommend her and Carrie.
