Built & Bodied Fitness & Health is a Women’s Only Gym that empowers women in Cincinnati to achieve their fitness goals through a supportive community environment that celebrates all stages of womanhood. Our programs focus on building mental and physical strength, while fostering a positive body image.

Heisha’s gym was amazing. You can easily tell how experienced and dedicated she is as a trainer and instructor. She’s created such a beautiful space and atmosphere with her women’s gym, and is so genuine and kind! Her workouts are great and challenging. Signing up with Heisha has been an amazing experience for me!

She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to tailor workouts to your needs. Even when I had to travel, I was able to keep up with virtual sessions, which made a huge difference in staying consistent.
I’ve only been active here for about 6 weeks, but I can already see great results — both physically and in how I feel overall; especially being only a year postpartum.

As a Muslim woman, finding a gym that offers true privacy and a supportive environment can be difficult — but this place has been everything I was looking for.

If you’re looking for a space that respects your values and helps you push toward your goals, I highly recommend Built & Bodied!

During Covid I gained the most I have ever gained. I literally tried almost everything to get the weight off , however nothing worked for me. Working with Heish has been amazing! Heish is amazing! I am new to my fitness journey after being 2 years postpartum. She balances accountability with understanding very well and tailors my training session to my needs. She also provides a clean eating guide. So far I have completed 4/8 training sessions this month and have already started to notice results. I have been going to Heisha for a few months now, and she is amazing. I lost 12 lbs in the first 30 days, and I am so excited to see me in a year! She pushes me out of my comfort zone to improve my fitness while still motivating and supporting me. She cares about the wellness of the whole individual. What is there not to say about Heisha?!! She is a trainer among the best. She literally pushed me to be my best the entire 3 months I trained with her. Not only did she get me together physically, she also made sure my eating habits were in alignment for complete success. Although I kicked and screamed most sessions, she never gave up on me and excepted absolutely NO excuses. I would definitely still be training with her, if she was closer. It is your time to sign up with her!! Like today!! You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been working out here for 2 months and already seen results! Heisha is a great trainer. She is very intoned and cares about your results. HEISHA IS AN AMAZING TRAINER WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT THE ENTIRE CLIENT.
One day I broke down crying and didn't think I could finish the workout but Heisha came right next to me and finished the workout with me!!! Heisha Harding is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She cares so much about you and your goals that you will crave gym sessions with her. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had a recent injury, baby, surgery, whatever, she will do everything in her power to accommodate you so you’re safe and feel good, but still get that work in! She makes you feel so strong because of how she builds onto the workouts. Not to mention she’s GOALS✨ herself!! And she never places judgement. There were a number of times I fell off my gym schedule because of life, but every time I came back she flows right back in with you no questions asked. I’ve worked with Heisha since 2022. She gave me my first REAL transformation in only 30 days. Best gym experience by far. Heisha is a stellar trainer! She helped me completely shift my body. I went from 196 to 149 with her program, support, and guidance. Heisha was a healthy dose of tough and a whole lot of care. First and foremost I want to thank Heisha and her amazing gym Built & Bodied Fitness. I suffered an injury last year that took me out of the gym for quite sometime. I ended up contacting Heisha for a consultation and told her my goals in order to pass my Air Force Physical Fitness Test and she was like lets go! She is tough, motivational, and will keep you accountable! Without her help I wouldn't have passed my test with over a 90%!! When I say she is anointed in what she does!
