I never thought I'd love going to a gym. But I love going to THIS gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. They help me scale the workouts as needed so that I can continue to show up week after week. From Day 1, I felt welcomed and capable- even though I was a beginner. I've been going for 5 years now and I can't imagine my life without this group of people and this gym.

A place I call home. Everyone is very friendly, supportive and encouraging. The coaching is top notch. Equipment great. Variety of classes are supurb. Wonder place to bring the entire family. I would encourage you to come to atleast one class.

Great small town functional gym for for all ages. Great atmosphere and even better coach! Not to mention Coach Landon is a 3 time crossfit regional athlete!! If you want to get fit and have fun definitely stop in.
