Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Stow features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn bootcamp stow has changed my life! I look forward to going to camp everyday and make sure to carve out time to make that happen. I love Burn Bootcamp Stow! I have been going to classes for about 2 1/2 years at this location. The trainers are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and inspiring. I had recently taken a break for about 7 months and when I returned I was greeted with excitement and hugs and encouragement that I was back at it. Specifically, Laura and Kait are really, really wonderful. They are the trainers I have most often. The front desk and support team of Kelli, Ally and Leah are just as wonderful. The space is always clean and the equipment well-maintained. There is only positivity in the camp, I have never experienced any negative vibes or gestures from any of the other clients and definitely never from the trainers. I try to attend five days a week to the early morning class and I am always happy that I did. Not only is the class always a great workout, but the overall vibe is a great pick me up to start the day. The Burn Bootcamp workout protocol is very well designed. I feel I receive excellent head to toe conditioning throughout the week with great cardio, flexibility, and balance movements worked in to the weight training. I can't say enough good things about this Burn Bootcamp studio!

I’ve been a Burn Boot Camp member since 2019, starting in Cincinnati and joining the Stow location when I moved to Cleveland in 2022. I didn’t know anyone when I first moved, and now I have the most incredible group of friends, plus a little community for my son too and it’s all through my Burn Community!

Burn has been my anchor through so many seasons of life. I worked out through my entire pregnancy, and it continues to be my space to show up for myself, even when life gets chaotic.

The cherry on top is the Childwatch. My son absolutely LOVES it. I’ve never felt more confident or comfortable dropping him off. He gets to play, socialize, and have fun while I get in an amazing workout!

This is an excellent gym! I took a chance last fall/winter because I needed to change up my fitness routine. The community of members and the trainers made it welcoming. The workouts vary week over week so you never feel like you’re doing the same thing. The trainers also offer modifications to every exercise so the gym is great for all fitness levels, which is why it feels so welcoming. After having my 2nd baby in June 2024, I wanted something that would help motivate me and hold me accountable so I could get back in shape again physically, mentally, and emotionally. The environment at Burn is so inviting and energizing that after just a 2 week trial, I HAD to commit! The trainers are amazing, energetic, and highly inclusive of all fitness levels. The workouts are always challenging, even when modification is needed. And all the people you meet while working out are always supportive of each other.

Also, their childwatch is THE BEST perk for parents of young children! The caregivers are amazing with the kids and there’s no outrageous upcharge if you have multiple kids!

Love Stow Burn! I was struggling with motivation, brain fog, and low energy after my third kid and I was looking for something to get me back in the swing of things. Certainly I was nervous to try it since I’ve not done much in the way of fitness for a very long time but I am so glad I did! It is challenging but totally doable for all activity levels. The coaches are great and are rooting for you on whether you’re doing 10lb or 50+lbs. I absolutely love it and am so glad I walked in that first day!!

As a mom of 2 with no family around to watch them and a husband who works long days, it’s really hard to find time to do anything for me. I’ve been a member at Burn Boot Camp for 9 months And I still love it as much, if not more, than when I first started. The comrade, support, & inviting atmosphere is indescribable. You have to go! You have to be there to understand. It’s not like any other gym experience, ever. The membership includes childcare too, which sealed the deal for me. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I needed to get back in shape and loose about 20 pounds. I started with a free trial offer. I felt so good that I signed up as a founding member. Best decision. This year Burn Bootcamp started a Raise the Bar challenge! I needed to prove to myself I could go further and I did. I feel so much stronger and thinner. I have confidence! The trainers are so supportive and I have been pushed in good ways. Focus meetings help with account ability. I have reconnected with people and made many new friends. Burn was my first experience with any type of strength/body weight training and I was so intimidated to start. I had been a runner for years and didn’t know how I would like the class/schedule atmosphere. I can not say enough good things about it. The trainers are so beyond amazing. Equal amounts of caring, friendly and butt kicking. Every workout is so challenging and I can’t get over how my body is changing. I have toned muscle I never thought I would have. It’s the best 45min and I look forward to every class I attend. I also love that they keep a tight schedule. You always know that you start and end when the times say. And last but not least the people you work out with are absolutely wonderful. All encouragement and support. Nothing but high fives and love at Burn. And laughs, lots of laughs. Best self investment ever.

I’m a stay at home mom and after having my second son I desperately wanted to get back into shape. Working out at home was no longer feasible due to my children demanding to much of my attention. I was drawn to Burn because of the childcare they offer and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only do I feel better and look better, I get some time to myself and my kids love going to “workout”. The trainers are wonderful and everyone is very friendly and accepting.

I've been going since the new year, and while it hasn't totally changed my life yet, I feel like it's going to. Optionally mandatory one on one focus meetings, every two to three weeks, help to keep you motivated and on track. The atmosphere is incredible. There are things I've been able to do that no chubby middle aged lady should even attempt, but I'm doing them and it feels amazing

I’ve been a member since they opened. The trainers are amazing and each bring their own specialty and personality to camp! Such a great sense of community and inclusiveness. There are so many things I love about Burn! I love this place. I have never been into working out. Would always attempt, get frustrated and give up. To be honest in the beginning, the childcare kept me motivated. My kids loved going there, and my son can’t wait to get out of the car to play. The workouts are challenging but there is so much support from trainers and others. I’ve gained so much confidence in myself. Might not be same size I was before kids, but I’m so mich happier about who I’ve become and what I can do.

I hate to work out. I am able to convince myself of all the reasons not to go to the gym. Finding Burn has changed my fitness life—it’s positive, judgement free, and the trainers push you to be your best self. I go 5 days a week now and don’t even question going. It’s part of my daily routine now—just as important as showering or brushing my teeth. I can’t believe I am saying this—but I actually look forward to it everyday! Burn Boot Camp is an amazing gym ! The trainers are so motivating and they do an excellent job of making sure your form is correct and will give modifications if you can't do something because of injury etc. Everyone that works out there is so encouraging. I really like how it's the perfect mix of people with different fitness levels. The classes are really fun and even though they are extremely challenging the class always flies by. I have worked out at many gyms but this is by far the best I have found !!

I'm sure my words can not express how amazing Burn is...first off the trainers (Lorraine & Laura) are inspiring, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly - FUN! The staff is always smiling when I walk in and helpful if I have any questions. Lastly the other members (Burn Sisters) are the best I could have ever asked for! When I started 2.5 months ago I was welcomed in instantly, I never felt judged like I have at other gyms. I have started forming amazing friendships AND I get an amazing workout at the same time! Lastly my kids love going to play with the other kids in child care - my son literally runs back and starts playing as soon as he gets there. There are no bad things I can say and I'm so happy I finally gave Burn a shot - it was just what I needed!

This is an uplifting community surrounding a great workout for literally all fitness levels. The trainers are positive and encouraging. They also help you to modify any move to meet you where you are. All body types and fitness levels can gain from this gym.
