Burn has been a necessity in my life for 4.5 years and I cannot imagine my life without it! I drive 25 minutes and pass at least 8 fitness centers on my way to Burn but none offer the same level of exceptional fitness programming as Burn. The workouts are fun and challenging for all fitness levels and I’ve never done the same workout twice. Also, a huge plus, my kids love their childwatch!

This gym cares about the whole person. I am dealing with an injury and the trainers not only provide modifications for movements that are challenging for me in each camp, but made time to chat with me after camp about being intentional toward rest and recovery. The work outs are amazing; the music is a vibe, the trainers take the time to learn your name and push you to your limits, I LOVE the high fives, the child watch, the focus meetings, the blood drives, the food drives, the adopting a family for Christmas. I’m a huge fan of BBC! The community of people who work out here together are the best- so supportive and kind. I’m over 40, overweight and started coming after not working out for YEARS and it has been the most positive experience. The trainers know everyone by name and are so encouraging and motivating. The childcare aspect is the only way I can make it work- huge win. And I love that the strength days are just that- no extra cardio and stuff that scares a beginner. Try it out! You won’t regret it.

I had tried many different group fitness classes prior to Burn, but when I walked through the doors of Burn Worthington and did my trial camp I felt like I was home. Everyone was so welcoming. I started at Burn Boot Camp Worthington a year ago and it absolutely changed my life(So grateful for my friend to take me to it). The instructors are amazing and they know my name which makes me push my limits. I travel a lot and would not be able to stick to my goals without Burn as it has a universal gym membership all over the US. This is the only place that has a huge studio than all the places I’ve visited. The mix of cross-fit kinda outdoor workout feeling is great!
I’m very bad at strength training and I feel like I always do it wrong. But now the trainers have helped me greatly with my form. I love the focus meetings, I get a one-on-one with the my trainer to get all my queries answered.
I love Burn Worthy! Nothing beats this location!

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp Worthington for 10-11 months and everyone from the members to trainers have always been very welcoming and non-judgemental from Day 1. It really is a community. I like the options of different camp times especially the 5am camps. I couldn't find many fitness programs that are available at 5am. But Burn Worthington offers 5am camp so that I can get my workout finished and out of the way before heading in to work! I also love that Burn trainers offer modified exercises to meet you where you at in terms of physical limitations so you don't cause further injuries to your body. I highly recommend Burn Worthington if you are looking for a community and members to help encourage you on your personal fitness journey!

Burn Boot Camp Worthington is more than just a gym, it is a community! It have been going since their first pop up camp. I really enjoyed the workouts and eventually joined. The workouts are amazing, they are different every time. They even have modifications for someone like me who has bad knees and can’t really jump much anymore. But what really keeps me coming back is the community. The trainers are great and really make the classes fun. My fellow classmates have become friends and will often ask where I have been if I miss a few days in a row. This keeps me accountable. They also offer focus groups to keep your workouts, diet, weight loss journey, etc. on track. I don’t use the childcare but that would have been great when my kids were little. If you are looking for a new gym, some new friends, or just need a break from your kids, give this place a try!

I have been a member of Burn Worthington for over 6 years. Prior to Burn, I had not been an avid gym person and honestly hated the "gym" routine. The idea of working out with other women and men was not in the cards. I had no prior experience to lifting weights and how to lift properly or do any sort of cardio other than running. I was just primarily a runner.
I found Burn to be a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment. I learned how to lift properly and was encouraged not only by the trainers but by the other camp members. As a result from Burn, my endurance increased in my running and at camps.
I have learned about the importance of incorporating protein, collagen and creatine into my daily routine. I have become strong not just physically but almost more so mentally. I always walk out of Burn feeling better than when I walked in. I hope to be a Burn member for another 6 years!

I am a huge fan of Burn Boot Camp Worthington. I started going almost two years ago and now can't imagine starting my days any other way. I love that every workout is different, with about half high intensity interval cardio and the other half strength workouts that hit all the muscle groups over the week. We never get the same workout twice so it's never boring. The trainers are great and seem to always know the right times to push and the right times to encourage in another way. There's great diversity to the people who work out there, and everyone is very supportive and encouraging no matter your age or ability. The term "boot camp" might sound intimidating but it's a really great workout that can be modified up or down depending on what you need. I'm so glad I took the leap and tried it when I did!

I’ve been a member at Burn for a few years now and I talk about it so much that everyone I know has heard about how much I enjoy it. The workouts challenge you and make you sweat and also make you feel like you did and can do hard things. The trainers know you and they push you to do your very best. Sometimes that means a heavier weight and sometimes that means a rest day. I’ve appreciated the childcare and my kids have made friends there. This gym is the gold standard for group fitness classes. The trainers teach you proper form so you don’t hurt yourself, and you’re always working out next to somebody who wants to see you succeed. The franchise owner Danielle is the best overall manager of a business I’ve ever heard of. You don’t have to plan your workouts, you just show up, trust the trainers, and focus on being the best version of yourself. The workouts are challenging no matter what your fitness history is, and the value is amazing compared to the cost.

Burn is a place with awesome workouts (focusing on both strength training and cardio). The trainers are all helpful with correcting form and being encouraging. Everyone is friendly and is there to encourage each other. My kids love going to the childcare and beg to go! My husband works a job where he is gone for 12 hour days so the childcare is a lifesaver. I love burn boot camp worthington! The free childwatch is amazing! It has a big window so your kids can watch you workout! I love getting smiles and waves during camp from my kids! 🥰 The trainers are amazing and push you to be your best! I started at Burn Worthington because I had just moved to the area and needed a place that had childwatch so I could workout while my kids were watched. (I tried working out at home but was interrupted every 3 minutes so I never got to actually workout 🤪) I signed day 1 because my son wouldn’t leave their childwatch room but I have continued to stay because of the welcoming community and encouraging staff! I’ve taught classes myself… Although many years ago, I know what it takes to be this type of an instructor.
They are 100% on their “A” game! They are superior at helping their clients, it’s like personal training in a group setting. They are superior at motivating. They are superior at creating a true team environment, and a true community within minutes of walking into the gym.
The instructor/owner, immediately introduced me to everyone… And encouraged them throughout the entire 45 minute workout to come high five me, to come help me, to come motivate and encourage me and support me.
I’m recovering from a foot surgery and I was struggling. I’m a bit out of shape from not being able to be on my foot since last October.
Any time I was struggling, various different team members… A.k.a. other people working out at the same time with me… Who saw me struggling, came up to me, Encouraged me, said, “Come on ! let’s do this together, you got this! You can do it!”
All these things happened from instructors and people that had never met me at all before my first boot camp . I immediately felt like they were family. That’s an incredibly hard thing to accomplish to make someone feel that way the very first day. And the best thing is… It was 100% authentic, not only from the instructor, but from literally everyone on that work out team that was in the gym doing the class. It was absolutely phenomenal!!!😀💥
If you need extra motivation, if you feel like you want a supportive family, a TRUE “teamwork” type of environment, come and try it out.
They give week free memberships to try it out. You won’t regret it I promise. The only regret you will have is that you haven’t come sooner.

Love this place! Burn Bootcamp is amazing! They welcomed my wife and I since day one of our trial. All the trainers and staff are friendly, educated, courteous as well as motivating! The energy and music is always good and all the high fives from the trainers and other members help keep me focused on why I'm there! The elevated floor is great so the impact on my knees aren't harsh as a regular gym floor. Trainers offer modified versions of exercises for those who experience difficulties. If they notice your form is off during an exercise they will quickly address it for the safety of the members. Everyone encourages each other! Most importantly the facility is always spotless! Floors and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized constantly! If you're looking to start your fitness journey this is the place for you!

I joined Burn in 2018 eight months after having our first baby. I have always been a runner and an intermittent gym goer but I was looking for something to motivate me in this new season of life. A bonus was that they offered child care during the classes! I had the opportunity to do a free 6 week trial at Burn and I was immediately drawn in not only by the varied and challenging work outs but also by the incredibly supportive, friendly and encouraging community of Burn members. From the incredible trainers and staff, to all the members and those working in the childcare area, it is not an exaggeration to say all of these people are people I would choose as friends and cheerleaders. This is the first time since playing sports that I feel like I'm part of a cohesive, special team again. I now have 3 little boys four years old and younger and it is worth the effort to me to bring all of them to Burn class with me. It's a win-win: I get in an amazing work out and can clear my mom brain and they get to have a change of environment and play with other kids and the childcare staff who I trust wholeheartedly (shout out to Stephanie who has been there since I began in 2018)! I love that my kids see the importance I place on exercise and being healthy (they can literally watch me work out through the windows that look from the childcare into the gym).
At first I thought 45 minutes for the classes wouldn't feel long enough but it has proved to be the perfect length of time because we are working hard that whole time and no two work outs are the same! No more dragging myself through the gym for 1-2 hours doing the same weight lifting exercises or trying to slog through the treadmill or elliptical. The Burn trainers are so inspiring and will help you modify exercises to accommodate pregnancy, injuries or a lower baseline fitness level. If you need people who will hold you accountable and you want to see actual changes in your body and positive mindset, I really cannot suggest Burn enough. I love looking up the Burn Protocol for the week so I can wrap my mind around arm day, leg day, speed/agility, core conditioning, full body strength and whatever else is to come. I'm actually working and strengthening every single part of my body for the first time in my life and it feels amazing. I'm also having fun! It's nothing like I have ever done before and for that reason I am able to be consistent and even excited about my work outs. I love my Burn family and feel so grateful and blessed to be a part of it. Thank you to all the people who make it a great experience day after day, work out after work out. Burn is amazing! It is so much more than just a gym! It has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Everyday I get a great workout and connect with all the other women in the Burn community. The workouts are unmatched and the trainers do an amazing job of encouraging and helping everyone! And the child watch is great—I love being able to see my kids playing while I workout! Joining Burn was a great choice- both for me and my husband. Burn has many camp times to choose from that accommodate both of our work schedules as well as free child care. The trainers have all been super fun and super motivating. It is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been at Burn since it opened its doors and could not imagine a better community and workout! This place will challenge you, encourage you and you will walk out having had a great 45 minutes (sweaty and exhausting but great). The trainers are so accommodating and I was even able to work out through an entire pregnancy because of their expertise in modifications. Free childcare is also one of the best perks of this gym and my kids even ask when we can go because they love being with their friends at Burn too!

My last 3 years with BurnBootCamp Worthington has helped me in so many ways. I train here about 4-5 times a week and find that the consistently positive trainers, awesome music, and other motivating participants create a perfect workout environment. I love that the workouts are constantly different, but the encouragement from the trainers and community is always there. Childcare being included is a huge perk for me, and the love that the workers show my babies makes drop off more enjoyable for all. I highly recommend BurnBootCamp Worthington.

Just shy of fours years ago, I attended the opening of BurnBootCamp-Worthington and haven’t looked back. It’s my 45 minutes and I look forward to it! The trainers are amazing & so encouraging. The community is like no other. The camps are challenging, but can be modified for all levels, so no excuses. Each week, the protocol incorporates upper body, lower body, core, body weight and cardio. Once you start, you have to come back! I 💙 me some Burn!

Burn Boot Camp Worthington is hands down one of the best things I have done for my self-care. As a working mom it is tough to find time for self-care, but burn noon camps and evening camps allow me the flexibility I need. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for over 16 years, burn brings me peace. I worried I couldn't afford burn at first, but after considering the mental and physical benefits, it's well worth the cost. It is one of the most important investments I can make in myself.
The workouts are always challenging but the trainers and other burn members are super supportive. The owners are awesome and the trainers are not only great at training, they are genuinly good people who care about everyone who steps in those doors. Mostly, I love that EVERYONE is not only welcome at Burn but celebrated at Burn❤

Burn Worthington so far has exceeded my expectations! All of the members and trainers have been so welcoming and encouraging. Head Trainer Antonio, especially, has gone above and beyond to ease my fears of working out. The workouts are tough, but they can help you modify based on your fitness level and abilities. If you’re apprehensive about working out this is the place for you! You get personalized attention in a group setting, and learn proper form and technique to try to prevent injury. My daughter took me for friend day. Yes I physically paid the price the next day but I'm out of shape so that is my fault. I can see why my daughter likes this place so much. They are upbeat. Happy. Workout is not dull or like most places that are typically routine. And my daughter definitely has the body to prove it works. I'm now looking into joining. I may not be able to get my 20 year old body back but I can make myself look and feel better. Plus they can modify any workout they do to fit you yet you do it as a group. The group is very supportive of each other. No negativity.

I’ve been going to Burn since June. I was very hesitant to join a gym because I’ve never been a fan of going to a gym. Burn isn’t like a traditional big box gym or a trendy boutique gym. It’s a group of supportive people focusing on their fitness and nutritional goals. It really is a community. The trainers are fantastic! Everyday the workout is different which I love! I also like that I don’t have to “think” about what to do, the trainers do all the planning! I just show up and sweat :) The times are so convenient for me too! AND if you are someone who travels, membership is across all Burns in the country. So you can still get your workout in while away. I was hooked pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

Burn Boot Camp has been a game changer for me after several years of "half-hearted" workouts. Previously, having little kids seemed like a realistic excuse not to work out regularly. Finally, I am proud to be working out, owning my health, and seeing that my kids appreciate that I am keeping myself healthy! Good childcare is even more important to me than the classes and I have been pleased to see that my kiddos are safe and happy here! There are little windows between the childcare and the gym so the kids can see you working out (and you can see them). The trainers are wonderful and I truly feel stronger and healthier after 5 weeks here. The workouts are tough but they are so variable and (honestly) fun that I keep coming back.
